The journey from California to North Carolina was going to be difficult for my dog and Mannie had the upmost patience and care for him. Yes Everyone should know what a gentleman Tyler is! From start to finish, friendly, communicative, responsive .I was literally comfortable from the first phone call exchange. If I could give more stars I absolutely would! ------------------ Ok First off, this is my 3rd time using citizenshpper, but probably my longest trip by far. I was luckily enough to get a bid from Paws & Claws LLC right on the heels of getting scammed by a different transportation team here on CS. In the beginning I wasn't sure exactly how to feel since I'd just been tricked, but I was desperate and I know they certainly didn't know how to feel about me... but when I say that It was like I was taken very quickly into a family I MEAN IT! I came to them with an unreasonable request and they took it and made it work. My bubba was picked up the very next day after booking! Brandy handled most of our communication and she was sure to keep me updated and aware of what was going on the entire time. If I had questions she responded quickly, she reassured any fears I had, and she stayed in touch with me to keep me apprised of any changes in ETA. I couldn't ask for better communication. Jerry, her husband, was the driver and he grabbed up my baby, made sure he was comfortable and safe, and drove all of those miles like it was nothing. He called to update me of any issues that could cause delays and I had GPS on the transport the entire time, the van was extremely spacious and he was loving with my dog. If you cant tell I have nothing but great things to say because they gave me such a wonderful transport experience and other than the sheer professionalism and work ethic, they are such likeable people!! If you need transport make sure you book Paws & Claws! You will not be disappointed! I'd I've them 10 stars instead of 5 if I could. Definitely using their service again!

Rating overall is a FAT 0. I hate to give him even one star. 🙄 I booked this guy back in May $300 up front deposit to get a very special puppy from Texas to the Seattle area. One week before pick up, I had to reach out and touch base. Very short conversation and didn't hear from him again until the day b4 pick up on June 25th. Supposedly he was at an airport waiting to meet a guy to give a dog too. Day of pick up June 25th, he reaches out and says he hit a deer and had a concussion and canceled pick up of the puppy. I was devastated and contacted CS and reported him. Later I asked if once he felt well enough to drive, if he could get back on the road, he agreed and said he would pick her up on the 27th. Before I had a chance to write the agency to inform them.that he's going to pick up the puppy, he calls me complaining and blaming ME that he can't get the puppy because his account is blocked. I apogized for that and tried explaining but he just went off on me and said hes not transporting the puppy. At this point this guy cant be trusted and until i get my money back I'm not contacing CS to unblock his account. I also contacted venmo and informed them i was scammed. Suddenly, he sends me $300 to venmo and asked if i would contact CS to unblock his account. After requesting 3x's in text and twice in venmo, i told him im not contacting CS until those funds are in my account and not a minute sooner. The agency wouldn't unblock his account to post bids until he venmo'd my money back to me. He texted me threatening to sue me. I told him to have his lawyer contact me. He has some Tammy chick text me on Saturday telling me she's his attorney lol. Attorneys don't work petty complaints like this on a weekend. Because of this worthless transporter, I ended up paying near $300 more for a new transporter. Let me tell ya, this new transporter and his team was amazing. He rocks. He made sure to have my puppy with me as originally scheduled on June 29th. Do not trust DogRus. He complains about his customers and shouldn't be doing this as a career choice. He can't be trusted.
