HORRIBLE service and a complete SCAM! I booked Pamela Pettaway from C C Pet Transport over a month in advance to pick up my dog from a shelter. She kept assuring me everything was on schedule. On the actual pick-up day, I checked in with her, only to be told it was delayed by three more days. The shelter couldn’t hold my dog much longer, so this was a huge problem. Then, on Monday, she outright told me she couldn’t pick him up at all because she would “have him for too long.” To make matters worse, she booked a trip to Oregon and California right between my “2-3 day” scheduled transport from Kansas to Florida, clearly prioritizing higher-paying jobs and leaving me stranded. This dog belonged to my late younger brother, so you can imagine how much he means to me and how excited I was to get him home. Adding insult to injury, she never refunded me as she promised. This is infuriating! She needs to be out of business!!! I have screenshots of everything as proof!

The only recommendation is to follow owner instructions on feeding food provided and let dogs have more frequent potty breaks as one of my dogs had an accident resulting in needing to pay an additional cleaning fee to the pet shipper. Our driver and his wife took such great care of our rescued shelter kittens. They had 5 to take care of on a three day trip with 2 kittens getting motion sickness in the beginning of the trip but they handled them so well.
