This is one of the worst shippers I ever had to deal with. Not only were they not on time for the shipment after they lied and said they were 20 miles away, after they picked up the shipment,they threatened to route it away from its delivery if I didn't send them another $45 . I literally cussed out and called political slurs because I stuck by the agreement on the contract. My advice is they can't be trusted. If I didn't have a picture of the license plate of the truck and trailer carrying my vehicle,it would have been long gone. This company needs to be investigated

I really enjoyed this company. They were all very communicative, very understanding, very prompt, and best of all, they were able to beat everyone else’s prices. They have a live feed so you’re able to see where they are traveling on the map. They stop frequently to take care of the animals and their needs and yes, the driver(s) do/does rest from time to time so that everyone is well rested for the long drives. I’m pretty sure no one wants a sleepy driver on the road. They’re human, they need breaks and sleep just like the rest of us so it can take a few days before they make it to your destination depending on where you live. I don’t have any complaints. If I need to transport again, I’ll definitely use WPC LLC again.

The only suggestion I would have is to be a little more forthcoming with updates and feedback on the progress of the transport and the itinerary. They did send a daily pic of the dog but very limited info on the transport progress, seems like I had to initiate most communications. She lost my dog. She didn't follow usda guidelines. Dirty vehicle. She lost my dog in the middle of the Mojave desert in mid July when it was 114° and then she continued on to Arizona to drop off another dog after searching for a couple hours. She called me to tell me she lost my dog at 624pm and texted me at 938pm that she was headed to Arizona to drop off another dog. When I reported it to citizenshipper she refused to go back and search for my dog. My dog has still not been found. I reached out to rescues and the rescues in turn reached out to her. She ran out of gas in the middle of the desert, which I don't understand how that happens but a chp officer stopped to help, when we talked to the chp officer after the incident he claimed that he couldn't believe that someone would pay her to transport their dog based on the condition of her vehicle and if they did they must not have cared about their dog. He said it looked like she was living in her vehicle and it looked like a "tweaker van". After looking further on Facebook we found out she had previously lost another dog but that one was found. When I filed a claim on PayPal to receive the deposit back she didn't respond and I had to escalate it to a claim. You'd think after she basically killed my dog she'd at least do a refund in a timely manner. Not to mention changing of pickup times and dates. I would not recommend this transporter, I am still searching for my dog but there is nothing besides 1 gas station about 10 miles away from where she was lost. After she lost Bailey she said that she shouldn't have taken her based on how Bailey was timid and large. When bidding she never expressed any reservations about her being a big dog or asked about Baileys demeanor. Being a transporter you should be well versed in different dog demeanors, you take a dog out of their home and put her with someone who they don't know in a vehicle they don't know. They will most likely be timid and scared. She "accidentally" texted me asking for the rest of payment before she even picked up my dog so she could pay her car insurance. Like I stated my dog is still out in the middle of the Mojave desert in the summer. We miss her and we feel extremely guilty that our dog got put through all this although we are still holding out hope that she will be found. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Words can not express the extent of my happiness with Britt and the services she provided. She transported my 3 large dogs, and two, not so little cats. When she found out that I was going to kennel them the night before the pickup, she offered to come early, sleep in her car, and take my furbabies before the moving company arrived. There was no way I was letting her sleep in her car and offered to let her stay at my house and get acquainted with my pets. When she arrived, she saw that they were upset and following me everywhere. She then offered to take them to a local hotel so I could finish packing without tripping over them. We got all but one cat, who is a pro at hiding. She sent me several pictures and messages, and she hadn't even started the trip. She then came back early in the morning and picked up the last furbaby. Throughout the day she sent me multiple pictures and let me know their progress. They stayed in a hotel for a second night. The next day, I left for my destination and they resumed their last part of the journey. I was going to arrive at my new house earlier than I expected so I asked her to give me a couple of hours to unload my car and run to the store for a litter box and litter. She said that since she would arrive before me, she could stop and get them. Then, after safely delivering them to me, she wasn't even going to charge me for the unexpected night at the hotel! Britt, you are incredible! The details you gave me about my furbabies, the constant updates and the pictures were outstanding! I could tell that they had been treated well and were happy. Thank you just doesn't cut it.

Transport Never happened If I could rate this couple a minus 5 I would. When I contacted to confirm pickup and our entire move was arranged flights, movers, and all they contacted 3 days later to tell me the pickup would not be for another 5 days. My cats were completely traumatized since they were still in my home when the movers arrived their explanation they stuck in California waiting for a car part. Why did it take 3 days to tell me. Either they were on vacation or overbooked both inexcusable. Don’t risk your fur babies to these people.
