I was a little worried having my babies (kitty’s) transported from San Diego, to Spring Tx. But I have to say , it was the best thing we did for our kitty cats. As Mario’s transport was the best it could be. Mario text us to let us know everything. From before they were picked up to a reminder that day with the time he would be their to transporting them along with other animals, but very professional as each animal could not see each other. Also when the dogs were dropped off my cats were let out into an indoor kitty play pin where they could play, use their cat litter box, and sleep. Mario’s the best as far as I’m concerned. We also got updates, with photos during a stop. We also had an app that let us know where Mario was at all times, if he stopped, took a walk ect. It also told us how fast he was driving, if he had to break hard and it could tell you if any driving habits were excessive. Best transport co. If I ever need this company, we will ask for Mario’s transport. Again I can not say enough good about this person. He was so very professional, but very caring to my furbaby AAA+ 5 stars +. 5 more !!! Thank you.

There were some timing challenges on the day of transport which resulted in a 12 hour delay in my animals leaving. This caused a lot of stress and rearranging on our end. In all fairness, Krystal has a family emergency which caused her delay. She did a great job picking up the animals and took off them on their 5.5 hour journey. She was kind enough to help me unload large aquariums in the pitch black at 2 am. I would just say better communication when the plan changes-even when you are dealing with a family emergency.

Mathew was very professional and kind to my dogs. I have 2 Border Collies. They flew into the US from South America and had to wait for a very long time to get through Customs. Mathew patiently waited and had to run from terminal to cargo and to customs and I certainly appreciate his extra efforts. He stayed in contact from the day before their arrival following delivery to my friend. He sent airplane tracking information and updates on departure and arrival. I even received pictures of my boys waiting in their kennels behind the fence at Customs. Pictures at pee breaks and pictures in the very big roomy van. My boys looked relaxed and happy the whole time in Mathew’s care. He updated my friend who was receiving my boys as to arrival time. Mathew even paid the unexpected Customs fee out of his pocket to get them free - that certainly cut down on their waiting time to clear. Mathew did an excellent job collecting and delivering my boys. Angela and Tim were amazing communicators.Upon picking up my dog Charlie they let me know time and location of pickup ahead of time. During the trip, Angela sent photos of my sweet boy and let me know how he was doing about twice a day. I’ve never done anything like this before so my anxiety was through the roof, and this clear communication (and GPS tracker) calmed those nerves. They arrived to his destination within 48 hours and he was a happy boy once arriving. They do crate when necessary during the drive and provide numerous stops for potty breaks and food. To help my dog feel more at home, I provided a cooling mat, blanket and chew toy so he could be as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t have done this without them, and am very appreciative.
