Brooke (Nicole) was an amazing transporter for my furbaby, Pax. Pax is very shy but really bonded with her during the flight travel to Wyoming. She was well prepared, per my instructions, for security and potential delays. Everything went amazingly smooth for her and Pax. When she arrived, Pax was perfectly fine and ready to see his new home. Brooke stayed with me and Pax, as well as my little dog and Pax's newly adopted twin, Pixi, for an additional 4 days. She assisted me with getting our new home in order, running errands and making sure Pax was settling in. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a loving pet transporter for air or ground travel. We can't wait to fly her out for a visit.

He was much happier that way and it avoided his usual utter panic at being confined in a cage. TJ had his meals and litter accommodated in the car as well. My dog died because of her!!! She left him in 100 plus degree weather inside her car! He suffered because of her! She even lied about it to try and cover up what she did. “Going to the bathroom and coming back” (was her excuse) doesn’t kill a dog. She obviously was out way for who knows how long, left him in the extreme hot weather and didn’t check on him. That doesn’t just happen out of no where. Especially to a healthy young dog and if your simply going to the bathroom. My boy had no issues at all. To whoever else’s dog that was in that car too, I hope your dog got home safe because mine didn’t. This trip was on July 20th, 2023. I don’t want anyone else to experience what I had to go through. I’m so heartbroken and will never get to see my baby boy again because of her! I trusted her to bring him home safely and she killed him. She just dropped his body off as if he was trash! I never even heard back from her after that. I basically paid her to kill my dog! Not even an apology from her or my money back for not doing her job! No remorse at all. She took the money and disappeared. Careless! To add to this, the communication was terrible! I wasn’t even informed she would have other dogs in her car! If I knew I would have told her no because my dog wasn’t that great with other dogs. To also mention the additional costs! I had to pay a grand more to transport my deceased dog that she killed from Utah, have him cremated and send his ashes all the way here to Alaska. I’m extremely torn up about this… My baby boy Casein just turned 2 yrs old in June of 2023. He was a completely healthy young boy. He was so loved….May his beautiful soul rest in peace.

I heard excuses like tolls, road conditions, and market conditions. He gave me a quote and then tried to contract out for a provider to do the service. When I expressed concern that the item was not going to be picked up, he told me to relax don’t stress etc. because he guaranteed it would be picked up at 9:30 this morning. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I listed my transport request Thursday afternoon. After receiving multiple bids I chose Debbbie partly because I am around the same age, but she also said she would be headed my way on Saturday. ( I never specified a date). After contacting the breeder and making sure she could be there for Debbie to pick up my puppy, I confirmed with Debbie and paid her in full up front. ( A mistake I will NEVER make again. ). On Friday while trying to reach the breeder for an address for Debbie I received a text from Debbie saying her other transport fell through and she couldn’t do the transport unless I agreed to $125 more than the $325 I already paid her. She tried to blame me for not having an address at 7 pm, when in reality it was she who was refusing to hold up her end of the agreement. Saturday I texted her asking for a refund and she sent me CitizenShipper’s refund policy stating if I didn’t cancel with at least 72 hours notice she was entitled to a fee…. For doing NOTHING! I’m guessing she failed to interpret the question Art that says “the driver is due no money if the shipment is cancelled due to their inability to complete the shipment as agreed”. She also sent me a text about an hour ago saying she refunded me $162.50, which I have yet to receive on my Cashapp. So unless something changes we will be seeing each other in court. LET ME BE CLEAR!!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU MAKE ANY KIND OF AGREEMENT WITH THIS WOMAN!!

Fantastic. I had a friend pull a dog from an Alabama shelter, had to get the dog up to Maryland. I picked Josh because he just transports one or two dogs at a time, he has his car equipped so the dog isn't inside a carrier. Much better experience for the dog. He drove straight up in one day with door-to-door service. Priced slightly above some others who don't do all that and it was well worth it. Great value for premium service. Josh is a large, imposing man with a baritone voice but is gentle with animals, the dog liked him very much.

My mom passed at the end of June and left her Blue Heelers without an owner. My sister and I just couldn’t find a way to keep them. I was really concerned when I saw NALA she looked thinner when she came into the house she was so dehydrated drank alot of water, I wondered if she was tended to the way she should of been I don’t know how often a day she was fed it was given water? I am very concerned about her . As far as messages whenever I tried to reach out there would be no response for awhile that real concerned me. I expected to hear from someone sooner with a response. I know they are driving and resting but be more considerate of the owners. I know this was all new to me but it was also very hard. We sent with a leash and it it didn’t comeback with her. She had diarrhea and she went pooping a lot as if she did not get to releave herself that often. I have no rating I am really concerned about this business.

Which wasn’t even fulfilled as we requested a second pick up and was charged for even though they didn’t pick up the items. On top of that the towing company he used demanded an extra 1000 dollars. They refuse to message back on the matter and now we are going through the legal process to get a refund as THEY BROKE THEIR OWN CONTRACT WITH US. Do not use as they might scam you as well.
