I had absolutely no problem with Express Pet. I was EXTREMELY nervous about this process, the idea of blindly trusting a stranger with your most prozed possession is nerve racking. But Rob, from Express Pet, reassured me that he would deliver as promise. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and I am so so grateful for what they did. Thank you again.
