Rob was absolutely fantastic. He treated Rusty, my 4 month old goldendoodle, with grace and compassion! He flew from New York City to PHX and even with a delayed flight he was keeping me updated and making sure I was always in the loop, as well as sending me videos and keeping me updated on him the entire flight. I had a really great experience with Rob. I was very anxious about transport since my pup is a little tall, and I was worried she wouldn't be able to fly in the cabin (at the discretion of the gate check agent). Rob was patient and kind. He answered all of my questions, and even came up with many back up plans in case my dog was too tall. Rob brought my pup safely from North Carolina to California. He communicated well, and I would use him again! Thanks, Rob!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Rob!! There aren’t many honest, genuine, and kind people like him left in the world. From our first conversation I knew I could trust him to get my fur babies safely home to me. Rob kept me updated every step of the way. Go figure there was a huge global network crash that made the airports a complete nightmare!! But Rob knew exactly what to do in the best interest of the pups.
