She was passionate but non pressuring. She was willing to negotiate due to my circumstances. She sent pictures. CONS: She was late a few hours for pickup and delivery, I had just given my dog a brushing and bath but due to the transporting and the kennel I guess he's covered in hair and sticks to high heaven, but I guess that's the nature of a vehicle full of animals. Like being stuck in a vets office? anyway Overall none of the cons bother me and I stand on my 5 stars. She solid!

I am only giving five stars because there are no options for 6. My cat is 16 years old and she is the light of my life. We had been apart for 10 months on opposite ends of the country. I needed her home with me but the idea of her traveling had me incredibly worried considering her age and her history of severe travel anxiety. From the moment Rox reached out to me to the moment my baby was home, there was not a moment where I felt unsure. Rox answered every question and eased my anxiety with his calm demeanor and sense of humor. Even when my cats ride to the airport fell through and we needed to find a way to get her there, he remained unshaken, patient, flexible, and understanding. I was able to track their journey through tracking the flights as well as the constant communication and photos provided. Rox was incredibly attentive to both me and my cat as I sure we both were very anxious. I believe that Rox's presence helped my cat manage the move and acclimate quickly to her new surroundings as she had arrived very calm, clean, and in good condition. He even reached out a few days later to check on how she was doing. 10/10 experience. I am incredibly grateful and would 100% book again.

Julie was very quick to make a bid on shipping my puppies. She communicated well and made a very reasonable bid. Julie was even great when it came to providing quotes for additional shipments for my litter. She ended up transporting all 5 of my puppies. Julie was even great with changing the pickup location of the puppies. The before process was outstanding. At pickup, my Illinois buyer had not finished paying his balance and Julie agreed to take his puppies and deliver them last as a way to give the buyer an extra week to pay. The problems started during the shipping phase; communication become almost nonexistent. I get that she was driving, but she had to stop for fuel, food, puppy cleanup, and to sleep. There is no reason we went entire days without hearing from her. She was 2 days behind schedule and we didn’t hear from her for 24 hours. All we knew is that she was somewhere in NY. I only found out she had made it to MA because my buyer there sent me messages, not Julie. Julie had decided to bypass NY and go to MA, she may have had a great reason for doing so, but she didn’t communicate that with me or the NY buyers. When my NY buyers did get their puppies, I was told they were covered in their own feces and in dire need of a bath. The puppies are not fully vaccinated and she knew this, this is major way diseases are transmitted and as a USDA registered transporter, she should know better. Julie again was outstanding when the IL buyer completely fell through and she added 2 deliveries to new buyers at a reasonable rate and extremely short notice. Bottomline is Julie is friendly and reasonably priced, but if you expect good communication, she is not the one for you.
