Nick was awesome! He kept me informed about Gabby's travel and they arrived in a timely manner and traveled in a top notch vehicle with all comforts for little Gabby. Works with you on special requests. Very personal and professional and gets the job done with the top priority being the comfort and care of the animal he is transporting. I will ONLY use him on any future transports that I have on Citizen. His care and concern for the animal is beyond any other transporter I have used. I would rate him much higher than the highest five star rating I could give! him! I can't say enough and so glad I booked with him ...and Gabby is very happy I booked with him too! :)

Nick did an excellent job transporting our 8 week old golden retriever puppy. He was prompt, kept in touch, sent pictures! I would highly recommend him, and I would definitely use him again!
