Alex is truly exceptional. I would rate his service as A++ without hesitation. If you're seeking transportation for your pet, look no further. Here's some context: Our transportation van unexpectedly canceled on us, leaving our rescuer waiting at 3 am outside with no solution. In this dire situation, I turned to CS in search of an alternative option to get Willow to us. Remarkably, Alex reached out to me almost immediately, and his excellence shone right from the beginning. He addressed all of my inquiries and patiently and swiftly responded to questions from the rescue. Merely a few hours later, he arrived to pick her up for transportation from AL to CT. Willow enjoyed a comfortable journey in the back seat, secured by a seatbelt harness, traveling in style. Throughout the entire process, Alex thoughtfully kept us updated with a stream of pictures capturing her journey. He even provided GPS tracking, allowing us to trace their route. Despite the many hours of travel, Willow arrived full of happiness. My gratitude to Alex for safely transporting our newest family member knows no bounds. If the need arises, I would unquestionably enlist his services again.

Nate is to be commended for his dedication and sincerity in his love of animals. Cannot find any part of this experience of sending off a family member pet half way across the U.S. to a disabled Vet and knowing she is in the best of care and safe. He was on time, well dressed, polite and very clear on how this was all going to work. He sent us pictures and updated text messages frequently keeping our mind at ease and arrived at the destination ahead of schedule to the delight of the family on the other end. The cost was very reasonable as Nate considered this was for a disabled homeless Veteran being helped by a social service agency. If the need arise, I would certainly seek Nate of Hones Transport first above all for future transports!

These two were so super helpful in transporting my babies to me! They were in Las Begas and I recently moved to Ohio. Their rate was reasonable, they were very accommodating and attentive to my two cats. They constantly gave me updates and pictures of my kitties. They were very diligent on communication and giving me a timeframe on the pick up and drop off. My two babies got here and they’re doing so well! Definitely recommend using them and probably will again if I ever need to transport them if I can’t do it myself. Thank you so much for being so kind and accommodating:)

My wife and I used Isrrael for shipping our two medium sized dogs: a feisty Shiba Inu and a quirky Terrier mix. When Isrrael first arrived, the Shiba started barking at him, but Isrrael showed patience and allowed the dog to sniff him. He clearly had experience with all kinds of dogs. He informed us that he also helps with rescue dogs that are aggressive so the way he interacted with the shrieking Shiba was due to his extensive experience. Every day he sent us pictures of our dogs and gave us even updates on their bowel movements. He was communicative throughout the whole journey and when we saw our dogs, they seemed really connected with Isrrael. We have had the dogs for about a week and there has been no noticeable changes in their behavior. Isrrael deserves 5 stars for the 5 star service he provided. Highly recommended and if we ever move again, we hope to use his transport service again.

The experience was great. With the time difference between Hawaii (my location) and the East Coast they waited until I was awake to let me know about the bad weather and delayed pickup. I appreciated that. They made sure Kona was cared for by the kennel association at the airport until they could pick him up so he was not left with the airlines. This was at their expense. Pictures of Kona and locations were provided during various times of the trip. Kona arrived near the projected time and was happy. Payment was simple and easy. Zero, absolutely do not book. I booked with dimples fur babies llc, on the 1st, she said my dog would be picked up on the 3rd, the 3rd passed and I never heard anything from her except that she was still in WA, I gave her the breeders contact information because I told her I work from 1:30pm to 11pm so I gave her TWO emergency contact phone numbers Incase I don’t awnser due to me not having a phone at work. she never even told me what time, or what day she would show up to the breeders house because the 3rd already passed, me and the breeder had some lack of communication because I asked for his cash app multiple times, and he never sent it but she also changed the time on him to meet up with him 4 different times, once she finally showed up to the breeders house at 8pm last night for only 11 minutes, she arrived at 8:35pm, she tried calling me once at 8:37pm and since I didn’t awnser my phone in those 11 minutes she was there, she left without my dog, ignored me for 12 hours, no text, no call, once I got out of work at 10:30pm, I called her 5 times and messaged her numerous of times hoping she was just asleep, she replied today at almost 11am and said she’s not giving me a refund nor going to pick up the dog because “she has a schedule to keep” She could have easily called the TWO emergency phone numbers in those 11 minutes and got a payment immediately, but “it’s not between you and me to contact the emergency phone number.” I paid $970 for her to pick up my dog, I was very generous and told her I’m in no rush, if you’re tired, pull over and sleep, because I’d rather her be safe than in a rush. She was already a day late to pick up my dog, and I was perfectly okay with that but she couldn’t take the time to call a number for 2 seconds. She’s very rude and states “on my bio on citizenshipper it says non refundable… if you didn’t read it, not my fault” Absolutely no where on her bio does it say non- refundable.

I think this job cannot be easy because you have to rely on so many others. The staff, available support, but also the support of where the asset is. My case was a bit of a strange one. Getting stranded on a cross country, despite outfitting the car multiple times with different shops preparing for this trip. Then getting stuck on the side of a mountain, and no one available to come get it, someone from hours away finally, the Saint, came to take it more hours away, because there were no stations on the mountain. Well, suffice it to say that after repairs, plans had changed and I ended up flying with my dogs. The car has to be shipped. I took the bid off Galaxy because it was among the least expensive and he came with all the right creds. The car in Reno and us having to go and visit the shop before flying east to give the shop the keys, because AAA picked up the car 12 hours after we had gotten stuck and we needed to get off the mountain and get back to civilization. So the shop was great but their hours were not the standard hours and well, that plays havoc with trying to get access to the car which the shop did care for without charging me, so they were helping, too. But you see how complex this industry is. I think that's why we need to support, not become haters, but try to be more patient. Galaxy had a guy come but the shop wouldn't be open standard hours and so that wouldn't work. But the next team made it inside their hours. So the project is finalized and the car will be at my home in the morning. I think despite all the hiccups in my cross country, that being in heavy prayer throughout because every minute was in flux, any qualms about any party of it, including Galaxy getting this job done, were put to rest by God who said just stay with him and you will be ok. A recommendation from God isn't the first time for me, and it always works out if I just listen. So, I gotta give five to Galaxy. They pulled it off. And NONE of that fiasco was simple. Every state is different, presents different challenges and I have to take my hat off to Galaxy for even picking this industry because it's gotta be frought with non-stop challenges. I say BRAVO, another win for Galaxy. Well Done. I know shipping my dogs via Alaska, as great as they are, sure wasn't easy and I had to rely on a lot of GREAT people along the way, towards getting a carrier, Uber rides with dogs!, attendants at the airports at the check in, airline seat neighbors who dealt with my in cabin dog, shuttle drivers back and forth from airport to hotels with giant carrier or to drive us hours home because Alaska only flies to do many locations, etc, etc... The list goes on and on. Without all those key players, I would be walking the streets with my dogs, up a river without a paddle. Life sure got complicated quick. But with God all works out. He steered me right when he had me pick Galaxy. They never gave up, and that tenacity and kind demeanor isn't always found in the same person. Thumbs up here.
