Ismael from all saints pet transport was the absolute most amazing and trustworthy person to help get our beloved puppy from the breeder to us. He made amazing time, worked so hard, updated us every step of the way and treated her like she was his. I recently had the pleasure of working with Wags and Wheels to transport one of my Siamese kittens across a few states.. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Darius deserves 10 stars for the care he took driving two young puppies from CA to IL. We were on vacation and needed his assistance after we found the two pups dumped at a gas station. He was immediately ready to take on the task of driving them home for us. He kept in constant communication and the pups were clearly attached to him when they arrived because he was such a loving care taker during the long journey. We're grateful to have met him, and would highly recommend him for loving and cautious pet transportation.

I got my kitten safe and sound but i had some misgivings after i booked. they did not have their own equipment for travel - my breeder had to provide it. there was an unknown delay in her delivery. notified, but not explained. i was able to follow the trip on my phone. the extra food provided did not arrive with her. which i expected. service charged much less than others. Guess i got what i paid for - but he did arrive safe and sound.

No problems with the transport of my car. I am rating 4 because I did not hear from the driver on the day before and actually on the day the pick up was supposed to be. Found out he was running late after I started texting around as it was getting very late. The car was picked up the following day, but arrived at the estimated time.

I liked both Hayley and James since I saw the awesome pics of this nice couple and all the happy puppies on the website. Made me feel I could trust them. I had just canceled (paid full, still waiting for 50% reimbursement after almost 4 weeks) with another pet transport company through citizen shipper due to poor communication and discovery of very bad reviews after booking, so I really needed trust. Meeting Hayley and James in person just made me even more comfortable. Chloe, my mini Aussie, is very skittish, does not accept strangers and on some medications. But she just loved both Hayley and James immediately. Actually, the 3-4 day trip was sort of therapeutic for Chloe. I see she is more confident and accepting new people and other dogs better. There was good communication throughout. I highly recommend them and would have them again in the future if needed.

She even pointed out the fact that he had dirty ears, so that I could bring it up to his vet. I am not even sure how to start....our experience with them was AMAZING. They are both so extremely nice and they went above and beyond for us!! I ended up in the hospital when pick up was scheduled and they worked with us because everything got all messed up. They even kept them longer for us until it was closer to when we would arrive. Emi was so amazing from the time she responded to my ad to dropping off our puppy. We had hired another party to bring Ava to us from Texas and they quit in the middle of transport and left her with another puppy owner in Washington 2 states away from us here in California. I was lucky to have been connected with Emi through Citizen Shipper, I explained our situation and Emi was able to make a detour at the last minute and head straight to Washington to pick up Ava. I had reservations about using another transport company after our previous experience but Emi answered all my questions and completely reassured me, she's a Pet Nanny not a transporter she truly cares about the pets she's has in her care and went out of her way to make sure Ava got to us safely. She was in constant contact with updates and lots of photos and she got her to us as quickly as possible. She takes extra care and stops for all necessary puppy rest stops and clean up. Ava got to us completely safe and sound and clean, Emi even brushed her with calming lavender spray before bed. I highly recommend Emi for anyone looking for a Pet Nanny, I wouldn't use anyone else.
