Omar was wonderful to work with! After just having had a bad experience with another company on here we were pretty apprehensive, but Omar really put our fears to rest. He was open & candid through the whole process. Even when one of his flights got delayed, that didn’t directly affect us, he gave us a heads up, and made alternate connections so that our pick up and delivery wouldn’t be delayed!! He also sent updates when boarding & landing with our little guy, as well as a picture of him stretching his legs in between flights. If ever we need to transport our dogs again, we would definitely schedule with Omar!! Thank you for taking such good care of him!

Lisa is so kind and our pup arrived a day early in great, happy shape! Her bid was reasonable and it all happened so fast. This is my first time using a dog transporter and I had read to avoid the bigger, mass animal transports. Brandon and Latasha were terrific! We were very satisfied with the service provided by B&L Lively Luxury Pet Transport. From the very beginning, Brandon and Latasha were super responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. We were relocating from abroad so it was already a high stress situation for our two pups. Our situation was complicated as our two dogs were arriving on an international flight as cargo. The wait time for our dogs to clear customs in JFK airport went far beyond what we were told. Brandon and Latasha waiting patiently even though it meant a much later start time than anticipated for them. They never complained or seemed inconvenienced! They transported our two dogs from JFK airport to Indiana. Along the way they provided ample updates and pictures. Our dogs not only had a long international journey, but also domestically, and they arrived safe, relaxed and happy. Kerry was supeR, gReat, AWESOME! The absolute best. I am real human it’s 4:56 pm on Sunday! I’m taking time to write this message because she deserves it. And I would recommend her. From the beginning when i found this website I was a little nervous with scams and just weirdos. I followed my gut and discussed it with my partner. We kept it simple and posted the ad Little English bulldog needing to get from Florida to Michigan. There was an instant reply from Kerry. She was clear about the price, we discussed a deposit and her purpose was just wanting reassurance that we wouldn’t cancel on her. No worries 😉 we worked that out quickly. I understood, you wouldn’t want anyone to waste your time either. Moving on, we discussed pick up which I needed her to go inside and pick up my puppy from a store which can sometimes be a little more than picking up from a breeder. She arrived at the time she said, video called me upon picking up my fur baby and kept clear communication along her journey. We received pictures, a night call, a day call and then she even called to say our furbaby had an accident after doing so well. Oh but that didn’t lessen her spirits, she got our furbaby cleaned up and ride back on the road. She arrived to us with no complications. She was caring and yes a real human - no scam- pet loving - driving cross country just dropping off bundles of loving fur babies. Thanks to you and your team. Your number is saved in my phone. Be careful! Owner promises a lot- but follow through isn’t there. Reviews claim lots of communication and we got none from our ‘drivers’ up until the day of pick up- to tell us they’d be a day late. Then the next communication from them we think was meant for another customer, telling us they were still on for Tuesday- they were supposed to be there Sunday, then Monday, NOW Tuesday? Courtney called and said no they’re on their way, they’ll be at the discussed time today. No one knew if they were coming or going! Then she ended up canceling them, said she’d take over the run and handle it personally for us because she felt so bad. She got a flight nanny to fly our pup from BTV to FL & we’re told she’d be added to the group conversation soon ……….. 2 days later she was added and still no flight!! Is your head spinning yet?? Imagine ours!! Getting a headache reliving it all over!! Thankfully we found a REPUTABLE COMPANY on here and went with OMAR! Oh and I’m sure she’ll remove this again like she did the last one so no one thinks they don’t know how to communicate! Oh well- she knows!

Hi, We had a rough time working with Tammi. At first she lost her debit card and had no money to come pick up the cat, then came a day later, and it took 3 days to go 840 miles. The first day she only made it from NH to just over the NY border which is under 100 miles. We had assumed it was one day so our fault there but never imagined 3 days to go 840 miles. We had to ask for updates and photos as she never provided them . The cat did arrive finally and was safe so I gave her 3 stars

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience! From Courtney the owner to Paul and tabby my transport Nannie’s. They picked up in Indiana and brought new pup to us in N.Y.C. They communicated the whole way, sending pictures and updates, they even bought our pup a chew bone along the way. They FaceTimed me when they picked her up from the breeder and really showed her care and affection. They were just as excited as I was that we were surprising my kids with the puppy and were so happy to see my kids happy faces on delivery. Absolutely would 1,000% trust and recommend!!

Kim was absolutely the greatest. She was completely understanding for the unique situation I had with transporting a friend’s cat who was left after a move because it was difficult to do on that moving day, but he was not left abandoned. She was available for 3 days which made it accommodating for me to, successfully grab the cat, keep him for the night and her to drive 3 hours to pick him up. She was on time and delivered the cat without problems. I would definitely hire her again. She was so understanding and did the job with a smile and cared for the cat, Silas, which made me feel comfortable.

Went MIA for twelve hours during the period of time my pet was supposed to be delivered. Did not answer multiple calls or texts during that time. When she finally pulled up to my house with my pet and I walked outdoors, she immediately let go of his leash and told him to "go" so that he almost ran away. When I mentioned to her that I was up all night worried about my pet (and her and her small children) during the time she was MIA, she responded "I literally do not care" and proceeded to tell me how she had better things to do and places to be than to be bringing me my pet. Did not provide a consistently working way to track her on the journey, as promised. She was so rude and unprofessional, that when I sent Citizen Shipper the ring doorbell footage of how she spoke to me, they immediately refunded the fee I had paid them. I was incredibly disappointed in the service provided. 100% would not recommend.

This is a big deal and such a scary thing to transport your precious pups ! I was nervous about shipping such a young puppy so far with a total stranger- this pups whole world was changing. I was also concerned about how clean and stressed he would arrive for my clients on the other end. My worry increased when he informed me it would be an extra day on the road. I’ve been breeding for over 45 years and usually deliver the puppies myself to keep them comfortable during this time. Jaden was the best I could ask for to transport. He kept the puppy comfortable, he kept in touch with me every step. The puppy delivered clean and comfortable and not stressed at all. I can’t say enough great things about Donna! We were so nervous about having our eight week old sheltie puppy drive for 10 hours but Donna reassured us every time we asked questions and we could tell that she loves animals and loves her work. She was in touch with us from the beginning and throughout the entire route. She texted us and gave us updates and sent photos. I interviewed mini mini drivers, but I felt that Donna was mature and responsible and also that she had a great love of animals. We felt 100% comfortable that she would bring our puppy safely home to us and she did! She even gave our puppy a little blanket, which she continues to sleep on and take to bed with her every day! I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I had very short notice from my buyer to get a puppy from northwest Missouri to Massachusetts within 4 and 1/2 days. They worked their schedule around and worked with me to get a price that the buyer would agree to. Great service all around. They never got agitated or grumpy with how many times I called to get an update. And they called me with updates regularly or sent pictures and screenshots of their gps screen. They took excellent care of my baby and delivered straight to her door! I cannot say enough good things about them! Very thankful they were able to help me out!

Amazingly caring people. Communication was excellent with pictures, GPS location, and frequent stops for our puppy along a 700 mile plus trip. There was a mix up with the breeder on the pick-up date and they secured our puppy a day early and took her into their home. Jayd and Deanna could not be nicer and kinder. They also clearly have a great deal of experience caring for animals and they safely transported our new family member. I highly recommend them.

I was very hesitant to put My dog (Hazel) In a car with a random person, but Bryan eased this worry of mine. Bryan reassured all of my worries and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. He drove my dog all the way from Monterey, CA to Henderson, NV. I asked to get Hazel as quickly as possibly, and that’s exactly what Bryan did for me. Bryan only made a couple stops to let Hazel walk around and potty and then he was right back on the road. Bryan gave me access to his GPS so I could keep an eye on the travel. He sent me pictures to show that Hazel was ok. Bryan was the best person I could’ve picked to bring my dog to me. Thank you Bryan for everything!
