I was surprised at how little communication the driver provided. I never got an update without requesting it, although she was quick to respond. The pictures showed my pup was being well cared for during transport and he arrived clean. However, she dropped him off at midnight!!!! I think she must have had a lot of deliveries that day because she started the last day at 9:30am 4 hours away from our house. She didn’t allow gps tracking until about an hour prior to drop off so I’m not sure the route but the midnight drop off is why the negative review. Sooooo late and inconsiderate.

Despite what i assume were TCI's best efforts, they couldn't connect me with a driver within our agreed upon window, even with a 3 week head start. In the future, i'd suggest that they work harder on offering bids that they are confident will attract drivers as opposed to bids designed to get customers on the hook so they can start scrambling. Using that strategy might prevent them from literally asking their customers to kick in more money than their agreed upon bid as an incentive to lure drivers after striking out. BTW, I'm giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 because I'm sure that their dispatcher was working as hard as he could to try to fulfill the ultimately worthless promises made by whoever handles TCI's communication through CitizenShipper's chat function. That lack of communication and inability to make things work put me in a hole and really screwed up my schedule.

My cat Max jumped out of my car as I was packing for our move from Colorado to Florida. Despite our searching for him for 3 hours we had to leave without him, hoping a neighbor would find him. 464 days later someone we don't know found him 20 miles away and identified him via his microchip and I got a call. I booked Rob and he worked continuously with the finder and me over a 3 way chat to coordinate. The plan was he would provide a soft sided pet carrier, fly from NY to CO, meet Max's finder at the airport and transfer Max from her carrier to his, then fly to Florida where I would meet him at the airport. The plan worked flawlessly despite his having to reschedule flights due to flight delays. He kept in touch constantly over the chat, and now Max is back with us. His status as a Jet Blue employee gives him flight discounts that keeps his booking fee low. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

I talked with multiple people prior to deciding on Wandering Bones and the biggest thing was how comfortable she made us feel that our girls would be loved the whole way to Arizona from Wisconsin.
