We are happy to maintain a Colorado State license with PACFA, USDA registered class T pet transporter and insured. Dedicated to providing outstanding service for customers and pets. Our primary transport vehicle provides an extra layer of safety and security. The high roof Ram Promaster van is purpose built for long distance pet transportation. It is equipped with redundant, independent HVAC systems and insulated. Easy to keep clean and sanitized as required by state regulations. There is a comfortable sleeping area onboard for safety, the driver can get quality rest enroute. Occasionally, my sister assists with routes we are unable to accommodate. She has a van and has 5 years experience delivering pets. Your pets are accompanied by the driver every step of the way. Lifelong dog owners, we are parents of 2 German Shepherds and 1 Shih Tzu. Former long distance commercial truck owner / operator for 15 years. Veteran owned pet transport business located in Colorado Springs. We pledge to provide you the best service and maintain contact throughout the entire trip. You will enjoy the pictures and updates every few hours until transport is complete, cell phone reception permitting, between the hours of 8AM to 8PM MST. The pictures will make a great slideshow!

Traci and Team helped transport my fur-baby from Souther CA all the way to NJ. The process from start to finish was seamless, efficient and transparent. My dog arrived days later happy and safe, which is the most critical. On top of that, communication from beginning to end was efficient and timely and cost for the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Serendipity Pet Transport. They were fantastic with communicating prior to the trip and on the day of the trip. I received a text with photos every couple hours. They even helped transport the large crate I needed for her. I can’t say thank you enough as I was so nervous and they were truly wonderful. If you’re on the fence don’t be, choose them!

I was sending my Frenchie from San Francisco to Boulder CO.. I was very nervous initially. Serendipity was amazing. I met them and they were so kind and experienced with anxious pets.
