Perfect from pickup to drop-off!

Traci and Team helped transport my fur-baby from Souther CA all the way to NJ. The process from start to finish was seamless, efficient and transparent. My dog arrived days later happy and safe, which is the most critical. On top of that, communication from beginning to end was efficient and timely and cost for the service was very reasonable. Will use again in the future.

I highly recommend Serendipity Pet Transport. They were fantastic with communicating prior to the trip and on the day of the trip. I received a text with photos every couple hours. They even helped transport the large crate I needed for her. I can’t say thank you enough as I was so nervous and they were truly wonderful. If you’re on the fence don’t be, choose them!

I was sending my Frenchie from San Francisco to Boulder CO.. I was very nervous initially. Serendipity was amazing. I met them and they were so kind and experienced with anxious pets. They were wonderful to work with! They transported my cat from PA to TX after I got injured. They were easy to communicate with and sent me pictures of my cat every few hours. Highly recommend!

If we could give them 1000 stars we would! They are absolutely fabulous, and went above and beyond to get my daughter's furbaby home to her. They kept us updated the entire trip with text messages and pictures. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Serendipity!!
