Anton transported two dogs for us from Utah to Massachusetts. He was on time with pick up, he allowed for us to follow his progress on life360, he sent photos everyday and responded to every text immediately. His communication was constant. Anton remarkably made a very tight deadline for us for delivery and I am very grateful for his care and kindness with our pups. He clearly followed all of our feeding and medication instructions and was very dependable. We will be using Anton for the return trip across country. Anton is earnest, hardworking, and trustworthy. Robert was a true professional. He was on time, and our golden retriever puppy Daisy was delivered happy, healthy and ahead of schedule. We received great photos throughout their journey. I had lost my English Bulldog 3 weeks prior to me getting a new English Bulldog puppy. I was very nervous about having my puppy transported because I had just lost my 2 year old dog at the vet. I had messaged back and forth with Camille and felt confident about her picking up and bringing my new puppy to me. I even had to change the date at the last minute and it was never an issue for Camille. She happily accommodated my needs. She even left early to make sure she would be there due to a major highway being shutdown because she knew how much this puppy meant to me. I would recommend Camille to everyone. Do not use this shipper. I booked them on an URGENT listing . My puppies HAD to leave CO to come to GA on june 12th. I immediately gave them my telephone so we could speak and i could reiterate the urgency. They never made a call to me even though I asked 3 times. They then sent a message via the dashboard telling me " we got our dates mixed up. Can't pick up for a MONTH." I didn't see the message immediately. They could and should have called my number seeing my delivery was MARKED URGENT with a detailed description of why. Unbelievable....it's left me and the other client in a disastrous situation .

*** Trust Dennis with your eyes closed!!! *** We recently had Jennifer and Dennis arrange to have our 7 year old pooch transported by road from LA to TN. At first I was skeptical about the low cost offered by Jennifer and had my own worries. But after speaking with Dennis I was assured and when I met him, all worries gone. Dennis is the perfect example of calm and focus. He knows what he is doing and took complete care of Paddy. It took 5 days for the entire trip and sufficient breaks were provided for meals and relieving the pets. I didn’t opt for the VIP service and there were other dogs who made the trip more comfortable for our dog too. Dennis is a man of his word and stays on schedule. Erica is such a nice person!!! Wow, you meet all types of people in the world of pet transport, and you never know who you're going to get. I've never met a transporter so awesome, if she lived closer we would definitely hang out!! I met her two gorgeous little girls when they came to pick up my puppy, and they played on my front lawn with him for half an hour, giggling and loving on him while I went over instructions and details with Erica (okay we actually spent a good portion of that time just blabbing like two besties who've known each other forever LOL). Erica is the kind of person who is beautiful on the inside AND the outside, she's so much fun to be around! Anyway, my puppy needed to be driven to the airport to catch a flight, and Erica made herself available on a moment's notice. She picked him up several hours early, in fact, which was great because her daughters got to spend a lot of time with him and tuckered him out for the long flight! She was even fine with administering his medication; I was worried about that because it needed to be given at a specific time. When it came time to drop him off at the airport, she got there right on time to meet the flight nanny. It all went off without a hitch! Here I was worried that I'd get a call saying there was a problem or something, but the call I got was just to let me know that the mission was a complete success! I already have her booked for two more of my upcoming transports. I feel really comfortable with her, and I can tell that she is extremely competent. That is very important to me, because I really rather NOT send a puppy with someone who is rude, or dirty, or unnerving. She is a problem solver, and quick on her feet, just like me! Erica comes off as wholesome, personable, kind, and helpful. My puppy needed to be transported relatively close by (only an hour without traffic, two hours with traffic), but Erica also drives all over the country. She doesn't have a huge van or anything; it's just her personal vehicle (which is clean!) and her adorable little girls in their car seats, so she only takes one or two pets at a time. Quality over quantity! I am super excited to be her first review!! 😍😍

I want to start out and say that Bruce and his crew were awesome and I do not know how they do it honestly. They are work horses and determined to pick up and drop off whatever it is you may need transported and where ever in the US with the care as it was there own property. I could not believe they were shipping 2 boats at once to include my own when they dropped my boat off here in Texas. For sure they know how to multi-task. They kept me informed, went out of their way when they did not have to, always available to answer any questions day or night with quick response back if not available that I made had. They treated me like family and I felt like we grew up together. They towed my boat: Regal Express 27ft from Florida to Texas in SUPER AMAZING time that left me stun. They took photos, they informed if they had to make extra provisions to ensure the boat and themselves would be safe on the road like added extra straps and so on. For sure you will not go wrong going with them as a carrier for your transportation needs. I never felt scammed from the first moment I spoke to them. I have been scammed before twice with vehicles I own and Shiply.com was one of the sights I got scammed in. They are reasonable, willing to work with you, price competitive, and compassionate about your property. Lastly, trust what they tell you most importantly and rest assure you do not have to worry if they tell you they got you and will take care of you . GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Carrier service ever.

Good overall. Van showed up on time and picked up my 2 cats and some accessories. Convenient payment options and flexibility were definitely nice to have. Giving 4 stars because I did not receive any communication/updates until very end of the trip. The driver seemed upset when I requested a photo, but eventually sent it. The arrival time was extended past what we initially arranged causing my husband to take 2 days off when none were really necessary. We didn't mind the delay, but it would be nice to get a proper heads up so we didn't have to sacrifice work days for no reason.
