Tiffany is the absolute best. She provided prompt and excellent communication prior to and during the transport of my new puppy, Maggie Mae. Her service provided GPS tracking so you could track and know Tiffany’s progress entirely throughout the entire transport. Pictures were taken and submitted to me during the transport. When Tiffany arrived at my home with Maggie, Maggie followed HER with affection, which told me Maggie was treated very well along the way by Tiffany. On a five star scale, Tiffany deserves 10 ⭐️! Incredible experience - we are first time CitizenShipper users and we got really lucky having Liz and Tawn help transport our pups. They have a huge heart and care to give our puppies love and care as they transport them across the country. It’s been a few days since our puppies arrived, but we are still texting them updates on how our puppies are settling in! They are excellent at communicating updates, sending photos, and they clearly work extremely hard to give our dogs great treatment. They also are knowledgeable of the nuances to take care of puppies/ keep them safe when they have not been fully vaccinated. We are so grateful to them to have delivered our babies safe and sound! There aren’t words to describe how amazing and relieved I was when Heather came and got my two dogs! I did explain to her, the past that my baby had, and I was nervous. If he was going to be a little bit aggressive, I chose Heather because of her past experience dealing with different personality dogs maybe ones that tend to be more aggressive and hard to walk as I have a very hard time walking mine at times at least my big one :-). As soon as she came, my dogs just sense that she is loving and welcoming and it put me at ease! This was my first time using a Pet Transportor and I will forever , use her anytime we are traveling! Very dissatisfied. I specifically and repeatedly made sure that the dog would be picked up on a Friday and delivered on Saturday. Well these people delivered the dog on Friday. Also, when the driver arrived at the breeder, he didn't even have the delivery address for where to deliver the dog. The breeder informed me of this and so I reached out to Jazzy.... She tells me to "well just contact the driver and tell them the address" instead of her saying the much more appropriate "ok, I will take care of that for you" ....very low-class service from garbage people. people

Emi is adaptable and understanding. My advice for any one requiring this type of service is to make sure the driver has weight and total size of pet for proper transportation crates. Make sure your fur baby is comfortable as well as safe for any length of journey.

Jennifer made a not so pleasant experience much easier for us. We had to send our kitten back to his breeder dur to a bad mix with our other pets. It was a hard thing to do. But she provided great professionalism, communication, and we knew he'd be safe during his journey with her. Best communication and service I’ve had for my gentle giant. He transported my Great Pyrenees from California to Texas and sent pictures throughout the entire process. Livestock Guardian Dogs are very very territorial and my dog instantly got along with him because he could tell he had kind heart. Any animal transported by him will be safe and in good hands.

Melissa is a SWEETHEART. She responded to my inquiry quickly and before I knew it my fur baby was about to be transported from Atlanta, GA to Ft Lauderdale, FL (around 660 mi). Melissa answered all my questions and put me at ease throughout the whole process. Melissa came right on time to pick up my Bella! She sends you updates on how your pet is doing every 3-4 hours with pictures. Melissa also sends you a GPS tracker so you can see how the drive is going in real time. We were looking for a pet transporter company that were more personal, only transferring a limited amount of pets at a time and they were a great match. Our puppy has never been on a car ride and therefore we wanted someone who is able to give our puppy the attention needed. K9 rides did great, providing us with picture updates and GPS coordinates along the way. They picked up our puppy Tuesday morning in Southern CA. We boarded our plane Tuesday night.
