I will start off this review by saying that my 9 year old cat (Beemo) is extremely anxious. He has always been skittish and shy around people he doesn’t know. My husband and I decided to move from Seattle to Richmond, VA to be closer to family and friends. Leaving our cat behind was not ever an option. I researched many pet moving services and came across Hayley. She was communicative and made me feel safe that Beemo would be in good hands. We sent Beemo with some blankets and his comfort stuffies. We also provided some prescribed sedatives to help him transition. Along the way, we received many updates and pictures of his travels. He looked very calm and happy - that’s saying a lot for a cat that hides when a stranger shows up. He was well taken care, and is loving his new home. Hayley is the best!

Sometimes you're just lucky to run across someone like Bruce. I had a 42ft camper hauled from Connecticut to Florida. I told him that I was in no hurry and if he was going to be in Connecticut, it would benefit both of us. Three days later he calls and says he has a run. Very customer focused, all he seems to want is for you to be happy. We were also returning to Florida, so it was great, he kept us up to speed on his progress and we did as well. It was if he was our family member, we joked, laughed but he is a dead serious professional, you wont find another like him anywhere and I dont say this very often. This was the first time I had ever used a shipping service; it was to ship a dog that we were adopting from a dog rescue 1500 miles away. I never felt any pressure, and communication was great, very clear, and very down to Earth. They originally intended to transport this 6mo puppy to us in one day. Because we had not yet met or even seen video of the puppy yet, our hearts weren't pained by needing to see her so immediately. After all, we had been doing the adoption process for a month. So our request might seem unusual, but we asked instead that they take their time, and have plenty of stops, and make the trip as rich and enjoyable and stress-free as possible for our pup-to-be. They agreed, and they did not disappoint us, or the dog. They took loads of pictures, even videos, and were generally pretty quick to respond to my continual stream of emails and messages, day and night. I felt totally in the loop. Because I did not know when our dog would ever have the opportunity for such a road trip vacation, I wanted the trip to not be simply transport, but an adventure. So, when they got to Lake Shasta, they even took her on a hike. So the move was not at all an ordeal, but rather a land cruise! She arrived super happy and full of energy and I cannot imagine having to try to keep all that energy bottled up for a 24 hour transport. Which is why, for our girl, it was a leisurely four day all-inclusive trip, at no extra charge. And, just as important, the drivers were extra nice, considerate, kind and articulate. I can't imagine a better experience.

When Kerry first reached out to me regarding her service, I was skeptical -- it seemed too good to be true. My dogs could be with me during the flight? I had a lot of questions and Kerry patiently answered all of them. I booked her based on her patient responses and excellent ratings! I booked her even when she was on the high end of bids, because having my dogs laying on the floor right under my feet during the flight was priceless and cargo was NOT an option. I flew with both my dogs: my 68 lbs lab-mix Buddy and 20 lbs pom mix Coco. Buddy had a lot of anxiety and it was concerning for both of us, but Kerry had a soothing and confident effect (on me as well) and took control and we got through the airport, security and the flight with minimal issue. Like Buddy I also had a fair bit of anxiety, but Kerry was so zen and confident, it made me feel so much better. She expertly handled Buddy and he listened to and followed her like he knew her for years. Prior to boarding there was a question regarding one of my dogs, and I started to worry, but she handled it like the pro she is. I could go on and on, but the service Kerry offers is amazing; she makes it look easy, but it is not. In terms of logistics, Kerry handled all the flight arrangements and even offered to book my car. She tried her best to work within my budget and found us great seats. If you are concerned or skeptical, ask questions, but it is worth it to be with your dogs and have an expert to guide you through the process. Thank you Kerry!!

This driver ( Billie) and her son are stellar! They normally transport pets but for me they transported a large stand up paddleboard quickly, safely and at a very reasonable cost. They continually stayed in touch with me during their trip and met me with the board ahead of schedule. I'm incredibly impressed.
