10/10!!! So impressed! I never thought I’d trust anyone else to take proper care of my beloved Max, let alone drive him several hundred miles to my sister’s house so I was nervous setting this up, but Peri exceeded my wildest expectations! First, she is not some business with a van putting my dog in a kennel with a bunch of other animals. My Max had room get comfortable on his own bed, which I love. Peri was also very flexible to my schedule since she wasn’t on some predetermined route or timeframe. It was just about getting my boy where he needed to go safely and comfortably. Peri was so communicative for the entire trip. I got several updates with photos along the way whenever he got a bathroom break or got fed. He can take a while to find just the right place to poop and she was so patient, letting him take his time. She was also very responsive anytime I checked in myself to see how things were going. Lastly and most importantly, I can tell from the pictures that Max was happy the entire time, all the way through getting to his destination. He had his big smile on in all the pictures she took which I love. All in all, I’ll never use anyone else if I have to transport a pet again. Working with Jungle Buddies could not have been easier, I highly recommend them for anxious fur parent(s)! I had never shipped a dog from 15 hours away by car, and the breeder had a very specific pickup time so I was quite nervous that a hiccup would occur at some point. But everything went smoother than expected, and it was a really great experience! Areas Jungle Buddies excel in: 1) communication: from day one when I was looking through different estimates, Seiarrah was constantly in touch with me to answer my many questions and offer many reassurances. Once we agreed to work with them, the excellent communication continued. We got regular and personable updates every few hours from Sage our driver, pictures of our pup a couple of times a day that clearly showed he was doing great, and easily accessible communication with the team (not just the driver!). 2) accommodation of transport time with pretty short notice: we had a transport date within a week of requesting an estimate, and not only that we had a very specific pick up time, and Jungle Buddies was able to work with that and meet it perfectly. 3) Pricing: very reasonable pricing and willingness to negotiate. They were not the highest nor the lowest estimate we received, but it was a very fair estimate and based off of the reviews and excellent communication I had with them, I knew this would be the right courier for us. Crystal went above and beyond for me and my family! She was so responsive and kind. I recently lost my mom and needed to get her dog transportation from Illinois to Maine. Crystal was able to come get him within days and safely transported him to me. This was definitely not an easy feat as the dog is almost 200lbs and has some medical needs. Crystal did amazing with him and sent updates with photos on a regular basis. I will forever be grateful for the card and compassion that they showed me and my dog during this hard time! If I ever need services of this kind ever again I will be sure to reach out to her. And I will also always recommend her to anyone who may be in need!! Nesta did a great job delivering my two cats all the way from north California to Maryland. The cages I bought for my cats didn't work and one cat broke out, Nesta got a new one for my cat. She responded quickly and let me know whether there was any issue immediately. I was able to receive updates on their location and cats photos every day. We couldn't be there to pick up our cats, and she delivered to my friend successfully. There were some extra charges such as pet fee in the hotel and the change of pick-up location, which she provided explanations for and was reasonable. In general, I had a great experience with Nesta delivering my cats! She's reliable and nice to communicate with. Highly recommended!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Booked services with Audley 2 months in advance to haul my boat from LA to UT. When it came time to pick up the boat I asked what time I could expect him to which he replied he would arrive between 9-10AM. When 12:00PM hit, I texted him asking if he had a new ETA since he was 2 hours late at which time he claimed he had 2 tire blow outs the night before and was late. Never once did he reach out to give me that update. He said he was en route to my location still. At 4:00PM I texted him for an update and got no response. At 6:00PM I texted him and got no response. At 9:00PM I requested a full refund and threatened to report him to law enforcement. I did not receive a response. I have since reached out to Citizen Shipper, Venmo, and Law Enforcement in an attempt to get my money back. I see his account is now locked on this site HOWEVER, If you get the chance, DO NOT book services with this guy. He is an absolute scammer!
