Was very unresponsive always had to ask for an update picked up my puppy a day late and delivered 2 days late. My puppy spent a total of 3 nights in a van and it was totally unnecessary. He also couldn’t find my puppies paperwork and took about 3 weeks to just mail it. Timing was very off everything was delayed.

MUMCU ENTERPRISES LLC is perfect! He loves animals, is very patient, and attentive to my puppy. The entire experience cannot be smoother. The breeder had a delay, but my driver was very patient in waiting breeder to prepare all documents. He confirmed with the breeder all the details about my puppy, and safely took him to me. Along the trip, he kept me updated with how my puppy was doing, and he shared with me the GPS so that I know their trip is going well. He even kissed good bye to my puppy and my puppy seemed to like him a lot. We are so happy with his service.

I’m a travel nurse so I have to pack up my life and move quite often. I was so anxious about my move from San Francisco back to Houston but Nesta took such good care of my aussiedoodle, Nova! Nova usually looks concerned every time I’d drop her off at a Rover but at pickup she happily just hopped in the car and went on their way. Joshua was absolutely incredible! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Our family rescued a dog from SEAACA in California. He was only 1 year old and had spent the previous 6-7 months in the shelter without access to love, daylight, grass, playtime, etc. We live in Vermont, so it was a bit of a challenge to get him cross country, and there were some concerns about which route to go between one of us flying out, using plane transport, or working with someone like Joshua. I heard about CitizenShipper, and my initial experience was not positive. Most of the drivers bidding on our trip were extremely pushy and one even got extremely rude and inconsiderate. (This individual's profile is still listed on CitizenShipper, and he somehow has 5 stars, so just be wary of that...) Joshua on the other hand, was the complete opposite! - patient, kind, supportive, informative, and so understanding that there was some anxiety on our end in making the right decision, and it wasn't as easy as confirming with the first driver with 5 stars who bid on the trip. Joshua worked diligently with us on the timeline and was extremely communicative even before we confirmed working with him. He showed up to the pick up on time, and with treats and toys for Wellie based on what he had been enjoying in the week between leaving the shelter and being picked up by Joshua. Throughout the trip, I felt that he found a great balance between making good time, but also making sure Wellie was as comfortable as possible, which he was. He checked in throughout the trip with texts, calls, photos, and videos, which was so relieving and refreshing. Joshua delivered Wellie in excellent condition after showing him 4 days of unconditional love, which was exactly what he needed. If we ever need to transport a pet again, Joshua will ABSOLUTELY be our first call!

I couldn't be happier with Gloden Voyages! Claude picked up our new puppy in Buffalo, NY, and delivered him to Tampa, FL in less than two days! He went beyond the call - he made it to the pick-up location a day early to ease my mind, then he had to do an emergency stop to get a "much-needed" puppy leash and collar so he could walk the puppy without losing him (we chatted live while I watched Bentley, sitting in a grocery cart until Claude had the leash and collar securely on the pup)! And then to top it off, after he arrived, Claude spent an extra hour of his time to give us some "important" tips - things he thought would help us get Bentley off to a great start - like, how best to best to introduce him to our beloved first dog and then stayed with us as we started the process. So far, it's working and everyone is happy! A huge thank you to Claude and Citizen Shippers!
