I really can’t say enough about how wonderful Leslie and Geoff were with our cat, Puss. They only transport one animal at a time and truly care! They kept in touch with us during the two day trip with texts and photos every few hours. They also kept us updated from the hotel on the first night. Puss was really relaxed and calm and really took to them both. We knew that he was in good hands and this took some of the worry away from our move. Anton was very attentive with my Cali girl. I was very nervous giving her to someone unknown and he understood. He sent pictures and had a gps on her so I could know where she was at all times. I had given Anton her potty schedule and I could tell he kept her routine. When she arrived here in Vegas she was happy and energetic. Tonica and her friend drove our dog from Bakersfield, CA to Albuquerque, NM. It was a shared ride so there were some other stops along the way. Her price was very fair and she was always very responsive. I wish she had sent more pictures but I know that’s hard when they’re driving. I would trust my pet with her again. I was a little nervous using this website for the first time but between the picture, communication, and location sharing, it helped put me at ease.

Nathan has kept me updated on Bats trip. At first I was very nervous but when pictures of Bats were sent to me I felt very happy that I picked Nathan for this trip. I was told bats would get there in a day, and he did. Frequent stops were made so Bats can stretch his legs and of course do his duty. I was happy to hear Bats made it to his destination. Kara is a nice lady but I will not use her again nor recommend.her. The constant delays was a problem. Upon arrival I noticed her vehicle was loaded with kennels stacked on-top of each other. This is unsafe and a sign that she was going to have alot of additional riders. I would have canceled when I saw this but had already paid the $170.00 fee and I paid her a request of $100 prior to pick up. Delivery was suppose to be 24-48 hours but turned out to be 72 . Kara should have been upfront and truthful about delivery and route. In addition the puppy was delivered full of fleas!!! I have used citizenshipper before but this was the worst experience ever!

I don’t even know where to start with Douglas, this guy is amazing I was going through a pretty nasty break up with my ex and for a second thought she was going to take my dog to the pound, I have never used citizen shipper or have ever had a pet transported, Douglas kept me updated everyday atleast 3 times a day and he was very professional. My biggest thing is trust nowadays in the world we live in you have to worry about getting scammed out of your money, what I loved is that he told me I could pay him upon delivery which was awesome, he has helped me out tremendously when I was already in a terrible situation I highly recommend douglas you will not regret it. If I could give him 100 stars I would and if I ever need a pet transported again I will most definitely be calling Douglas, thanks for everything man you are awesome!

All I can say is PERFECTION! Directly after booking Larry gave me his cell and we communicated immediately. My load was tricky. Old boat on a rusty trailer. He worked hard to secure the boat and trailer, and then loaded with caution and precision onto his flatbed trailer. Not his first rodeo! Hauled the load through 5 states, blew a tire, changed the tire under load, and still made the delivery with time to spare. My boat/trailer was delivered in perfect condition. Once I met Larry upon delivery, he was such an amazing person that truly loves people and takes pride in delivering there belongings in tip top shape. Bottom line, I can’t express how happy and impressed I am with my transaction from start to finish and I’m so lucky that Larry was orchestrating the process. Don’t think twice, book with Larry!

I want to start off saying the driver for not being able to speak English did his best to communicate and work with me. On the other hand the company or whoever handles communication between driver and customer was lacking. I was told I was going to be informed about the days, and time (2 hours) before pick up and delivery. As I said lacking, I was working at a job site 2 hours away and wanted to know if needed to leave work early. So I need to have some sort of an accurate eta, because it’s not like I had a 10 min drive home. It took them hours to get back to me. So I was told it was going to be the following day in the morning, know it would be a waste to drive 4 hours to only work a couple based on the info I was given. I waited all morning the day of delivery for some sort of time frame that they told me they would be letting me know of. Instead I have to reach out to them again and try to get an eta because I wanted to run and do some errands. I waited again for multiple hours for a response. I also tried to me courteous to the driver and let the company know with a description and a photo of where he should park. Instead the driver shows up at 6PM not in the morning like they said and had a really hard time pulling into my driveway. I felt bad for the driver because he wasn’t properly informed. All in all I had no issues with my motorcycle, but I missed out on 10 hours of worth of work due to lack of communication.

Steve was a godsend. After another company I had hired to transport my pets cancelled last minute, Loving Care Transport saved the day. Steve actually went out of his way to meet with me in person the day before transporting my clan of four dogs. He is a natural, and my dogs took to him right away. He sent photos, videos, and texted status reports daily, and throughout the road trip. I not only recommend Loving Care Transport, but plan to hire Steve again for my clans return to RI.
