This was my first time using CitizenShipper. We were moving from Ohio to Florida. I was very concerned about how we could transport our fur babies safely. Wendy arrive on time for pickup as promised and delivered our pets when they were expected. We have 3 dogs and a cat that were each in separate kennels. All of our fur babies arrived happy, safe and healthy. They were cared for & loved as if they were her own. Wendy took extra breaks for them whenever needed. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTER. Our dog died in her care this last year due to her actions. My family is still sick with grief over what happened. He was supposed to come to Florida with a stop off in Texas (2 dogs). What she doesn't tell you is that she will reroute if she gets another pickup... I found out that she had her 2 dogs also traveling. I did not get "daily" updates with the photos. The only photos I got were of him just before Texas when it was 100 plus degrees with about 5 dogs chugging water of a a water bowl (panting) because it was so hot. I have a video as well. The next day, I get a text that she is rushing him to the vet - he had temp of about 105 -106 and she wanted to let me know that it would be $1,200 plus. She expected me to pay this. I ended up paying $5,000 and he died on the operating table in Texas. This was July 4th at about 2 a.m. when he was supposed to already be delivered by July 3rd. I have all the text messages saved... if you love your dog (or cat, etc.) DO NOT send them with her. I won't go into all the details but she is horrible. Just writing this is very difficult. She has changed her company name several times (I'm sure that it is because of issues with transporting/bad reviews- my opinion). She was Critter Chauffeur when I booked her.

I could not ask for better service and care to transport my dog across the country. Everyone was so accommodating and instructions were clear. Most extraordinary was Marshall's care of my dog throughout the trip. He provided regular updates with pictures and my dog seemed totally at peace -- and that is saying a lot for an anxious dog. When he finally did get to me, he was sad to see Marshall go. They developed quite a bond.. I recommend they highly and will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had an excellent experience with Anton. Picked our dog up from Salt Lake City 2 days after we contacted him. He had her in Westchester, NY 72 hours later. We got lots of pictures and updates along the way and were able to track her on Life 360, which was also fun. Definitely recommend and worth the extra money for a solo trip. .
