I have never left a bad review but I would never use this company again. First drop off times kept changing which wasn't a big deal since i work from home. I asked for pics along the way and received 1. The breeder told me she sent her with a gallon zip lock bag full of food I didn't get any at drop off. Dena's son told me don't let her lick you she eats her poo. What? The puppy acted like she had never seen food or water when she got here. Literally growled at me and my daughter and bit me trying get her to slow down eating. A 8 week old puppy. I texted Dena asking when she last ate, she called and told me 25 mins ago that she fed her the last of the food she was sent with, so a gallon size bag gone in less than 48 hrs? She told me yea she noticed she was aggressive with food. I just blew her off and hung up the phone cause the puppy was trying to eat and swallow a thin soft toy she was starving she had the long tail of the toy allow the way down her throat. I have not had her seem aggressive with food since that first feeding and have not seen her attempt to eat her poo once. I really feel like she was not given food and water. I was heart broken seeing how she acted when she arrived. She is perfectly happy and sweet as can be now but I would never in my life recommend this company to my worst enemy.

If you are looking for one word to describe Bruce, its “Pro.” This was my first time using Citizen Shipper and I used it to ship my “dream boat” from Florida to Maine. Within 10 minutes of my listing, I had a dozen offers. Bruce’s stood out not because he was one of the lower (not lowest) prices but also because of his ratings. So here come’s another 5-star rating because he earned it (really a 10-star but the platform only goes to 5). Here’s why. From the initial conversation, Bruce provided me with everything I was looking for. Responsive, friendly communications. Proactive descriptions of his services. Easy engagement which made you feel super comfortable trusting your “baby” to him. But that was just the start. He coordinated with third parties at the pickup and dropoff points seamlessly (I wasn’t there) and reported out details at each end. He checked the load at the start and made some adjustments to the trailer (adding more strapping to secure the load and make sure the boat trailed effectively and safely. He provided routine updates along the way, texting routinely his progress and calling on occasion too. He sent photos at the beginning and end of the haul. And payment was easily made with Venmo. Halfway through the haul, it was like Bruce was neighbor. And get this. He picked up in Tampa at 7AM on Monday and delivered the boat in Maine just after noon on Tuesday! Also a bump to Citizen Shipper who published a 50% off code for their fee that I tried to use two or three days later and when it didn’t go through, I messaged support and right away, they sent me a code that worked. Great customer service! Thank you Bruce and CS. Great service from pros!

I don't even know where to begin! We were thrown a curveball when a last minute change to our cross-country move happened and the dogs could no longer fly from NV to FL. Best experience we've had, especially when you're trusting someone to move your dogs across the country. David is a professional through and through. Consistent updates with pictures and videos of the dogs on walks, potty breaks and of them eating... all important things to see! This was our first time using a website like this, little nervous at first but felt it was much better for our southern rescue dog to be transported this way. Patrick was reasonably priced, he was quick to answer our questions and put us at ease right away. He communicated well going during it all. He would send nightly updates with progress. I have two 7 year old ferrets that needed to be transported from FL to NY. I was absolutely terrified of using a transportation service because I’d be trusting strangers with my babies. This was a risk I had to take. Ferrets cannot travel on trains, planes (except cargo, big no for me) or busses. This was my last option, because without it I’d have to rehome the ferrets, so I took the chance. To begin with, the service I received prior to having a driver was excellent and swift. I'm happy to write this review. We needed to send our $75,000 service dog back to his trainer in TX from Ellijay GA. The night before at around 4:10 PM I signed up for Citizen Shipper and i was nervous. I got about 30 bids almost right away. There was really no reason i chose these people at first other than the fact that the person was responding to all my questions in nearly real time. I was nervous to use the service, but i took a chance. I paid the CitizensShipper fee and then send Jazzy's Pet Care LLC a $100.00 deposit via Zelle. I figured it was just 100 bucks so if i got ripped off, it wasn't that big of a deal. Within minutes i got a phone call from driver. He said he would be at my home at 7 AM the following morning to pick up our dog. He drove from Albany GA which is over 4 hours away from my home in Ellijay to be at our home at exactly 7 AM. He then took our dog and was off. He provided GPS location updates along the way and pictures and video of the dog every time he stopped for gas and took the dog for a walk. He arrived in Dallas TX the following morning at 9AM and took pictures of the drop off exchange and allowed me to call my trainer to verify receipt. It was then I sent the owner of Jazzy's Pet Care LLC the balance of the funds via zelle. They didn't charge a lot for the miles and time it took to make this trip so i added an additional payment to tip the driver. I would certainly use these people again and I'm confident they will exceed my expectations again. Thanks again - you really saved the day!

His prices are really fair but it's VIP service so your animal will be so taken care of because it will only be pets from your household--he doesn't take pets from multiple households. Every few hours he sent pictures and told funny stories of the journey across the country. My animals loved him by the end of the three days. He was also very fast, as he is a former truck driver and knows all the routes. He's a school teacher, too, and just a genuinely great human being! I couldn't recommend him enough. I’m not sure I have the words to say how thankful I am for the job that Kevin and his girlfriend did in helping me save two homeless/stray cats. I was on business in Florida a couple of weeks ago and there were two friendly cats that hung around the hotel each day the I gave food an water to. I tried to find a rescue organization to come and get them but they were all swamped. At the at point I decided to do something and posted on CitizenShipper. Kevin quickly reached out and when I explained that I needed someone to not only transport the two cats but to go to the hotel and put them in carriers he did not hesitate. None of the other replies that I received on CitizenShipper were interested in this level of work - they told me to contact them when the cats were in carriers and ready to go which I could not do from 1400 miles away. This was not your normal shipping situation and I’m pretty sure that Kevin got more than he bargained for but he never once complained. Kevin and his girlfriend went to to hotel, secured the two cats and kept them at their residence for a few days before flying to Chicago where we met up. I was provided with plenty of photos/videos during their stay at Kevin’s place and he treated them like he was part of his family. The flight to Chicago went well and I paid a little more (well worth it) so that both cats could travel in the cabin under a seat instead of in the cargo hold. Finding someone to transport a pet seems to be fairly easy but finding someone who cares about the pet is something completely different and I got lucky finding Kevin. Not only did he do a good job with the transport side of things but he helped save two cats that had a very slim chance at long term survival - he should be very proud of what he was able to do.
