It made the decision process very simple. Once we booked her, Kerry continued to remain in constant contact. She would send updates regularly and truly treated our pup as if she was her own. Where to even begin, Cameron is the nicest person and so patient and easy to speak to and go over trip details. This was my first time transporting a puppy and I have to say it went way smoother than I could have ever imagine. I know In the future I will not be using anyone else but Reds pawfect transport. Super professional, clean caring understanding and an all around great experience for myself and for the puppy. Nothing but 5 stars here. Absolutely horrible experience!! Last week I booked transport for our 9 week old lab Duke. Duke needed to be picked up from the breeder in Smyrna, Ny to Westfield , ME. Anastasia told me that she had done the route before as she had just transported from Ny to Me in a storm. This is one of the reasons why we decided to go with her as the area where we are you never know when a snow storm might pop up as well as her advertising her services as door to door delivery and solo ride (vip) Our date and time was for pick up from the breeder January 26, 2023 no later than 7am and he needed to be bathed 30 mins before she arrived. I received a text around 11pm on January 25, 2023 saying that storms supposed to be in my area the 26th and it wasn’t safe for her to drive. She told me she would reach out the next day. This now put me in a situation to try to get ahold of the breeder to let her know he wasn’t going to be picked up and for her not to bath him. I inquired if the next day Friday would work and was told she was going the other direction but she would get back to me. While waiting for her to contact me back I reached out to the breeder and asked about Friday for delivery. Unfortunately that wasn’t going to work. I let Anastasia know this and she said let me get back with you. Later in the day on the 26th I got a text back asking if I could take a quick call she called and wanted to know if her husband went to Smyrna that night and picked my puppy up if it would be ok to take him to CT where they live and he would get up the next morning and deliver my puppy on Friday. I reached out to the breeder and she said that was fine and I agreed thinking it would be the night of the 26th. Pick up time was now going to be 5-10pm. I was told I would be told when he was on his way and we would share GPS. As the time went by and my puppies pick up time got closer I got no text so I reached back out and she called me telling me that unfortunately her husband couldn’t do it as he had a flat tire. Who knows if he did or didn’t. So now this is the second time that I was reaching out to the breeder let her know he wasn’t getting picked up again, this time it was 3 hours before he was to be picked up. I could see where this transport of my puppy was going and I told her to reach out to the breeder and figure out a time. I received a call after 9pm telling me that she was going to leave her house at midnight on Jan 27th and pick my puppy up at 4:30am, she was then going to drive back and met her husband to hand our puppy over to him and he was going to drive and deliver him to us Jan 27th. Midnight I got a text saying she left to get the puppy, then a few more times she message a ETA to finally a text saying she got him. Our family was finally going to have our puppy that evening. I received a few texts and one of them said ETA Ny 1:30, I told my husband why is she giving me a ETA of Ny when our puppy was picked up in NY. Mind you I wasn’t even given a picture of our puppy. I reached out for contact info of her husband and where in Ny he was leaving from so I could put it in my gps to get a ETA for delivery. I finally got to see my boy when she face timed me. I was told that her husband was tired as he did her run so she could go get my puppy ( my puppy was her run as well) and he was going to go home and sleep some then head out for delivery. This was around 2pm . I waited for a text and finally reached out and received a voice text from Anastasia stating that she wasn’t with her husband that my puppy was with him in CT at their house as she was on her way to Ga to deliver something. and once he woke up he would call her and she would have him call me for options on delivery. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that my puppy was now going to be staying the night in CT that I never approved. I told them it was ok for the 26th but never even knew it was going to be the 27th. That’s when I asked for a physical address on where my puppy was. That night her husband called me and i told him that our boy needed to be delivered Saturday the 28th. I absolutely feel like Anastasia dumped our boy onto her husband. This honestly was one of the most stressful events in my life. We as a family appreciate her husband for bringing him up to us. I however would never use Anastasia again nor refer her to anyone looking for pet transport!

We were leery at first of having someone transport Kash but JaJa’s initial meeting eased all the worries we had and not to mention Kash absolutely clung to him!!!! Started out well, then went downhill. We clearly stated our terms prior to booking, including the pick-up date with a 3-hour window. Once booked, Jaime requested payment in full. I wasn’t comfortable with that and he agreed it wouldn’t be needed, just preferred. The first (of what would be 3 pick-up appointments) was cancelled by Jaime due to vehicle issues — I understand that things happen. The next day was cancelled as the vehicle went back into a shop for engine and transmission repairs. Quick repairs, it would seem, as he said he’d do the pickup the next morning. We set a 12noon appointment the next day. Day of, I reached out to him at 11:32am to confirm he was en route — no communication, no-show at noon. It became apparent that this shipper either has more business than they can manage and/or doesn’t have realistic timeframes to share with the customer. I’d much rather schedule a date 3 or 5 or 10 days out when he knows he can be there, rather than guessing. My father spent hours waiting each day for appointments that Jaime knew would not materialize. This may work for some, unfortunately it did not for me. I kindly reached out to Jaime to let him know I no longer felt this was a good match for either of us, and he rather passive aggressively told me this is ‘how it is as’ I am not a VIP customer (which was never an option, nor offered, in the first place). Time to move on …

Never again. This man has no regards for me as a customer. My dog was supposed to be picked up on Thursday but he kept coming up with excuse after excuse. It's Sunday now and I'm asking him if he can at least be able to pick up my dog today and be able to try and get her to her destination by at least Tuesday. Same answer he gives me. Never a definitely no or yes. He has tried to be passive aggressive and play reverse psychology on me by saying I can always opt for ylthe VIP which will cost me $1500 or $2000. He bidded on the transport for $500. That's expensive for me but being that I have LUPUS and I get really really sick in the cold weather I needed to have my dog transported to someone that could care for her. In the midst of my pain I can barely tolerate walking to the bathroom much less take care of a dog. Big or small. Read his profile well. He has been doing this for a while but has had only 10 pick ups. Only 2 reviews. He finds other shipments on the way to you that make more money and pushed your time further and further back. It doesn't feel good for someone to make you feel like your any less important than the next. If that was his intentions from the beginning then he should've left my bid alone and I would've gotten it done by someone who stands on their word. As a business owner that's how you get loyal customers. I just don't understand this world we live in anymore. It's about who has the most money. I did not care about him delaying the job for 2 days but it's now on the 4th day and he still could not give me a definitely answer so I had no choice but to cancel. I'm not worried. What goes around comes around sir.

Jaguar process Started 0n 1/20/2023 Completed 1/28/2023 Process was slow and required constant communication. with the dispatcher. Their policies and procedures were difficult to understand. Driver was kind and courteous and knew what he was doing. The timing seemed average compared to other transporters. My last Transporter (CDL) was about the same time frame. If you have time constraints you better allow at least a week to complete the process.

No one could have done a better job than Joshua. He is an outstanding human being with integrity. He picked up two dogs for my son and me from an Arkansas Women's Prison program and brought them home to Massachusetts. The dogs had a very high anxiety level, and Josh did all he could to make them comfortable and feel safe. If ever you need a guy for transporting your pets, Josh is the one and only you should hire.
