My family will always be thankful for Geraldine and her husband for the care they gave to our dog London. She’s a pit bull and we were having such a tough time figuring out how to get her to my moms house in North Carolina since we’re all the way in New Mexico due to flight bans, timelines, etc but they were able to get her to her new home with no problem. They sent constant updates during the trip along with their ETA plus pictures of her often and she looked so happy and excited to be with them which made us feel so much more comfortable. Monica and her husband were amazing! They provided a VIP trip for a rescue dog from Houston to Kansas. The dog was a female American Staffordshire Terrier. She was very powerful, excitable and untrained. They did an amazing job of being sweet to her and putting up with her jumping and playfulness. She had only been out of the shelter for a few days so she needed decompression. They handled it so well, sending pics, stopping for potty breaks and making her feel safe in their home during an overnight stop. Their van was also really nice. I was really nervous about using a transport, but I would use Monica again in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!

He did a good job of communicating. Nice guy. I shipped a older bike that needed restoring, so not to worried about the methods of strapping down. However, if I was to ship a newer bike, I would cover it in protective packaging to avoid any damage. Its the same with all consolidators I've used, they pack as many in the trailer as they can fit which makes sense. But be aware that the methods used to strap down or secure the bikes are some what sketchy. Would never ship a restored bike or newer bike with a good paint job in a trailer with straps or Styrofoam that rubs against the painted surfaces.

Dorrie did a round-trip on New Years Eve and could not otherwise see my dog for a few weeks. The weather was awful (closed roads) but she got him, and then (!!!!!) offered to take him in for the evening to avoid going back through closed roads, etc. My dog got a bath, some grooming, and a lot of love — and delivered the next day back to SSF once the water had receded. I would absolutely recommend Dorrie — she’s clearly a great lover of dogs in her care, provides exceptional customer service, and was extremely reasonably priced for the service provided. I was very nervous with someone else handling this 130-lb untrained rescue Corso who needed transport through several states. This giant dog can be nervous with new people and/or difficult to handle at times with puppy-ish behaviors. As soon as I told the drivers that our boy is a sucker for tennis balls, the large-statured man picked up the ball and started playing fetch with Deuce, making instant friends. From there it seems they had no problem handling this big unruly boy and delivered him safely and on time to his new adoptive family, who are overjoyed to welcome this new member into their household! Not to mention offering a bid that was significantly lower than the rest. I run a dog rescue and will look forward to using these guys again!
