Awesome customer service. They constantly updated us on their location and the status of our dog. James West was superb. He transported my fifthe wheel trailer from Sequim, WA to Tucson James was careful in loading my fifth wheel, kept me informed all along his route. Available for me to call throughout the trip, Found and emptied water left in the trailer before starting which surprised me as it had been wintered. He took it directly to the storage lot in Tucson, got it all tucked in, sent me pictures, and he is a great pleasant person to interact with. You will be satisfied if he is your driver.

Tina was very good at communication and helping me feel less anxious about transporting my cat cross-country. In the end, it didn't work out (not their fault, my cat took the opportunity to hide and we were not able to find her), but Tina even assisted with the search up until time constraints led to them needing to leave. They were very understanding and patient, and while this particular transport did not work out, I would not hesitate to go through them again and I highly recommend them!

My husband and I adopted a Golden Retriever from a rescue shelter in Wisconsin, sight unseen, and needed to get him to us in Northern New Hampshire. To get him ourselves would have taken a week or longer. We researched transportation options and found Citizen Shipper. I found it very confusing to navigate, but once I posted my transport request, enter Danielle Burik - Collier, owner and operator of Paws N Us, who posted a transport offer, then proceeded to walk me through the process of getting booked after I responded to her offer, so that alone was awesome. She contacted me and answered my questions as they arose (I had many), and I was able to speak with her and her awesome husband and business partner Keith on the phone several times. They always made themselves available, and they are extremely amazing at what they do! They got to our dog and picked him up a day early, and treated him just like one of their own. They were very patient with him and tended to his every need. He’s been abused, neglected and has never lived in a home before, so this was a challenge. They bought him his own comforter and provided toys, they just thought of everything! We also got lots of photos, texts and phone calls, which helped us relax and know that our dog was in expert hands. He is currently on medication, and they were diligent about giving it to him. When Keith and Danielle realized that our dog was bleeding and needed immediate veterinary care, they called to inform us of the situation, and located an emergency vet facility, driving out of their way at 1 AM. We were kept informed, contacted by the vet, and Danielle and Keith were amazing throughout the ordeal, keeping our dog calm as and comfortable as possible. They were up all night getting him the care he needed, and words can’t express how grateful we are! If you need pet transportation, Danielle and Keith are definitely the people to help you out! They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and down to Earth people who love animals and love what they do. They are absolutely amazing, angels on Earth, and I would not hesitate to book with them again. Thank you so much for the excellent service and for doing what you do so well!

First trip booking and it was terrifying. I thought he was going to dump my dog in the wilderness. Very unhinged and unreliable driver. I would NEVER book him again. Every part of this trip was suspect! Car was missing the side mirror. Isn’t that illegal? Car packed with animals and my dog went 6 hours without a break. He lied and said the rest areas were closed Got in an argument with the receiving party and out of spite turned his location GPS off. I didn’t even know where my dog was most the time and didn’t sleep at all He also didn’t turn over my dogs paperwork. How is this guy in business? He earned zero stars

They are crooks, do not hire. I paid for them to move my mothers antique furniture from Texas to North Carolina.I paid half the fee up front. They never showed up the the move. Day after day it was one excuse or another, the drive lost his phone,etc….finally I had had it and she offered to just refund me. I accepted her offer of a refund, and hired someone else. She has never refunded my money. I am so angry and disappointed. I am an attorney and will file suit, but disappointing this woman cannot keep her word, not can she do the right thing.

WOW WOW WOW!! There is so much I have to say about Sam and how thankful I am. Firstly, I was looking for sometime on Citizen Shipper for the perfect person to travel with my new pup. I was looking for people with nearly 100% 5 stars and loads of them. After chatting to many many people I came across Sam's profile. Sam was new to Citizen Shipper so only had a few reviews (all 5 stars). I was a little hesitant because of this but as soon as communication started with Sam I knew he was the one. Sam was VERY professional and a fantastic communicator. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to satisfy my worries. As soon as I reserved Sam to collect my pup he was off organizing all of the travel itinerary for the pup. Not only is he a frequent flyer so Sam will get first dibs on new flights if his gets cancelled but due to him being a frequent flyer the airline let him fly with my pup who was over the max height for the airline. Sam drove from DC to collect Parsnip from VA. Then drove to the airport. Took 2 flights and met me as promised at the LAX curbside. Parsnip was very relaxed even though he had flown 8 years. Cannot recommend Sam enough. Would only and always use him for transporting pets moving forward. THANKS SAM!!!
