Keith and his wife were absolutely amazing, transporting our family's pup from Massachusetts to Colorado after his owner passed away and we needed to relocate him to a new home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the start, Keith was extremely responsive and was really accommodating to our slightly up-in-the-air timeline. Along the way he provided pictures and regular updates on both our pup and where they were on the journey. Especially given the circumstances of this dog losing his beloved owner, it was really comforting knowing that he was traveling with humans who clearly care very much about the animals in their care. Keith and his wife were dedicated not only to getting our dog to his destination safely, but to making sure he felt loved along the way.

Theft of service!! BEWARE! My background: I am combat wounded former military police officer and I have been a registered nurse for the past 13 years. Now you have been briefed on my values let’s get to the Main Event. DO NOT trust David Goings or his Wife Jennifer Goings with anything to include their word. Our contract goes all the way back to October. He said he needed some money upfront for gas, expenses, hotel so I sent him $2k using Zelle to transport a boat from Maine to Florida. Communication was great from the start…until it wasn’t. In the beginning I was speaking with both of them as they made me very comfortable with the process as it was my first time using CitizenShipper. Answered all my questions with timely responses and were genuinely nice people. Than that turned into excuses after excuses on delays. Stood-up at the marina twice. The one time he does show-up, he has no trailer! I could not believe my eyes. I stated on my original listing that the boat was not on a trailer. So I assume that he has one. We spoke on numerous occasions and he never thought to ask about this. If that wasn’t enough, he rolls-up in a beat-up, rusty, double cab 4.3L Chevy 1500 with his family stuffed like sardines inside, to tow a 29’ boat, that weighs 8,000 lbs, 1400 miles across the country. He lies about EVERYTHING. Not a single ounce of integrity in his body. He even had the audacity to thank me for my service and Purple Heart. What a joke. David Goings had no moral compass. I offered to pay for a rental trailer and he agreed. The day he was suppose to show-up with that, he sends a message at the end of the day stating he was “T-boned” driving with the trailer and the pickup was a no-go. He said that he can refund me but will be filing for bankruptcy and attorneys told him it would be 30 days for me to me paid. Blah, blah, blah. More lies. I have not heard from him since. It has been 3 months and after several attempts for follow-up he refuses to respond. Nothing short of a coward who hides from his debts. I have been nothing but caring and understanding for his situation. I have offered to set-up a payment plan. Nothing. CitizenShipper has been of ZERO help. Company claims they reached out to him and that he tells them he is paying me back. Also months has past on this. Do not buy into this company saying they have been “background checked.” Maybe a simple criminal background just so they can make it sound like they have an extensive vetting process with these contractors but they absolutely do not. Last correspondence I had with them they replied that I should get an attorney. Tough to say if he is still accepting contracts on here. If you also have been wronged and cheated by David please feel free to reach out to me. Find me on social media. We can share stories and plans for action. Show a pattern fraudulent behaviors. Having him banned from Zelle. Banned from CitizenShipper. Whatever it takes to stop him from deceiving anyone else ever again. I will be taking my story to his local news station in Arkansas. See if they want to run a story of a sleaze ball “contractor” who took advantage and stole from a disabled veteran and Purple Heart recipient. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

I've been TRYING to avoid writing this review. My dog got here in one piece but she was FILTHY. Just like the driver she rode with. The driver was filthy as she got close enough so I could smell her, the truck was filthy even though they want you to bathe your dog prior to departure, and I'm still trying to heal her skin issues she got from the filthy crate she was in during this voyage to this day. I'm not convinced it was not cleaned nor sanitized. I've had my girl since she was a puppy and she's never had any skin issues until she came back from this voyage. She was emotionally jarred but she snapped out of it after a week. She crapped on my upstairs carpet to let me now she was mad at me for that. She wasn't delivered in 3-5 days as was stated in the agreement and she was home after a week. I understand that everyone has to rest but don't advertise goals that can't be met. It was the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

My precious dog arrived as expected last evening. She appears to be in a good state. What surprised me was the drivers were not the one I was in contact with apparently they subcontract. Made me very worried at pickup. Our dog lives in a smoke free environment. I detected cigarette smoke on the driver so presumed the dogs - mine included - would be exposed. I’m not sure how often they stopped for potty time. Upon arrival to the destination our dog urinated on our carpet which she never does. Despite the noted issues, our dog arrived safe and that is the primary goal.

She transported my cat came and picked him up a week after I booked. She showed up at 11 PM she had four other dogs in the car with her that I was unaware of. she initially told me that she would take 24 to 48 hours to drop off my cat. it took six days.pick up wasn’t Utah the drive was to Florida she was all over the United States how do you go from Utah to New Jersey to Missouri to Alabama and then she was only three hours away and decided not to drop him off that a other delivery was more important than mine by the time my cat was delivered he smell like urine she left him in a small crate for six days to sit in his own urine she also sent a picture saying that she gave him a bath because he got smelly well of course he got smelly because she didn’t let him out because the dogs were in her car and it was unsafe for him very upset with the way she worked I regret booking with her my poor cat I can imagine the trauma he had to go through

I found the exact rare breed (Alaskan Klee Kai) dog I was looking for at the perfect age I wanted, but the only problem was he was at a rescue in MO, and I'm in CA. Needed to find ground transportation because he's just a bit too big to fly in cabin, and I couldn't take that many days off to drive out there and back myself. Drivers were great. They really seemed to care. However, I feel mislead by the owner. I was told they stop every three to four hours to get fed walked. He arrived in a crate full of pee, poop and vomit. It doesn’t seem likely if really stopped that often. In addition, we made it clear Cooper was extremely traumatized by travel and might bolt. We were told they don’t open the door until they have him on a leash. He was going from California to North Carolina, After a drop off in Tennessee they drove right past NC and took him all the way up to NY! This added two days to his already traumatic trip. He also bolted in NY, which could have been disastrous.

I was charged even though i have been trying to cancel since that moment i knew it would be too late. Neither the company nor Terri responded!! They took money knowing it would be too late to pick up my Pet. Now i have to go through my bank for these charges. It’s a shame that after multiple emails no one responded. HORRIBLE!!!

Nicole offers tracking services so I was able to follow the pets the entire time. She picked them up Thursday morning and they were in LA by Monday afternoon. Nicole had everything we needed to transport the pets. She was kind and asked for the pets favorite snacks. I look forward to using her again in the future.

The service that was provided was absolutely amazing! From the moment that we booked, to pick up, during the transportation, and delivery of our two fur babies, communication was top notch.
