They supposedly picked up the bike a week ago. I asked the driver 4-5 days ago when the bike will be delivered. His answer was: "Tuesday, Wednesday, or maybe Thursday." I have heard no communication from him at all. My work often takes me out of town, so I may not be in town when he shows up and at the last minute calls me to pick up the bike. I wish now that I had picked another shipper.

Dogs happy to be in their home! Did have an issue with Sydney picking up the dogs a day early from the sitter and then trying to deliver them a day early. Cost me extra $300 in sitter fees for early pickup and hotel room for Sydney as she needed a place to stay since we were still in a hotel and could not take the dogs a day early. Still will chalk it up to having been her being sick during our discussions.

Choosing 4 Legged Express to transport my dog Bella during my move from Colorado to Ohio was the best decision! Bella is my baby and she’s an anxious rescue, so naturally I was very nervous but Bethanne and her husband immediately made me and Bella feel safe. They were prompt, on time, communicated well, and even allow you to track their trip on Life360 for safety. Every few hours they went for a potty break, did an hour long walk, food/water, and updated me via text or FaceTime. They sent me photos of my sweet Bella and let me call/FaceTime her whenever. I've rarely ever been scammed using a transport method like Citizenshipper, but I suppose it was bound to happen after been stationed overseas for a little over 10 years and having my faith in humanity be just slightly too high. This individual requested payment up front, and lied about not receiving the funds. The individual later refused to refund the money, and requested an additional $80 as a refund cost (of which I refused to pay). The entire deal was sketchy to begin with. At first they provided a phone number, and later an email to zelle. They would later claim to have been a victim of theft, and would text me on an alternate phone to solicit for the refund money. It's my own fault for putting trust in this individual, and I highly recommend avoiding them.

Keith and his wife came through in a big way, bringing our dog from California to Illinois. I had no idea what to expect, as this was our first time using this site or moving the dog without driving, and I was thrilled at the results. They are extremely kind people and clearly love animals. Their truck was clean, they are great drivers, excellent communicators (before AND after the trip), and our dog was genuinely sad to see him go. I wish I could pay them to drive ME cross-country. My husband and I were looking to transport a puppy from California to our home in Maryland, and came across Citizen Shippers on the internet. We utilized this company and accepted a bid from Rulana. After reading her reviews and messaging her with questions I had, I knew we had to go with her. We decided on the VIP service, as we wanted to have the puppy in Maryland fairly quickly, without having to drop other dogs off at different locations. We were in communication the entire time they were on the road. We did have gps-share issues in some areas in their travel but each time I asked for a share, she would share her location immediately. She even called to give us updates when the weather was not cooperating (snow). When the dog arrived, Rulana and I chatted for a bit about the trip and about dogs in general. She’s easy to talk to and available to answer your questions. She even showed me the inside of her vehicle and explained how she safely has her crates properly secured. If you are looking for pet transportation, Rulana is your girl!
