I love in Colorado and decided to buy a boat in the Seattle area in the middle of winter, definitely not the best circumstances. Arwen was by far the most communicative and understanding out of anyone I talked to. I can imagine her drive to Colorado in January was not easy considering we had a significant storm coming in as she arrived, but my boat arrived at home safe and unscathed. Worst service ever, we had agreed on a specific week for my dogs to be picked up and they kept telling me next week then the next so we had already been waiting over a month to get my dogs delivered. Every week was yeah we will pick them up and they never followed through with what they said. And prior to everything they reassured me one of my dogs kennels was going to be brought with them and there was absolutely no room for it. And I was given maybe 1 -2 updates but I had to keep reaching out to get an update. It took a week for my 2 large dogs to be delivered from Chicago to Oceanside. When I picked them up they were boxed in like Tetris in a small minivan, they were both dehydrated and boxed in with other crates. My dogs literally came back traumatized, and on top of that they had both of my large dogs in a small crate. With shitty puppy pads bc they weren’t taken out for walks apparently. The driver told my parents when they were picked up that he would put pads so he didn’t have to take them out. I regret going with this company.

I can't say enough good things about Mike. The entire shipping experience from start to finish was exceptional!! Mike was highly communicative, always very responsive via both text and phone and proactive with all updates. I never worried where he was or what the route entailed. I was unsure how the process worked and if it would run smoothly and if our puppy would safely be delivered. Cannot thank Great Dane Fam enough for bringing my new baby pembroke welsh corgi to me all the way from TX to PA. From the time she was picked up until I was able to hold her in my arms was nerve wracking for me but Great Dane Fam took great care of her and got her to me as quickly and safely as possible .They were great with responding when I had any questions and I loved that I could follow them via GPS. Annie, herself a dog owner & dog lover, was calm, kind, dedicated, and responsible. She did a wonderful job driving Mr. Max, a smiling middle-aged Pekingese, from his old home in Bradshaw, NE to his new home in Newburyport, MA. He was her only passenger. She made sure he was comfortable and happy in his travel crate for all of the 1500+ miles, a multi-day trip during winter, with rest stops, fresh water & food, and plenty of pats, hugs, and kisses. He stayed with her overnight in motels and hotels along the way. She updated us with texts, photos, stories, and GPS coordinates along the way. She also called to give us details whenever necessary. Max bonded with her and was sad to see her go! That speaks to the kind of care that he received for his very long journey, helping to offset the confusion I’m sure he felt. The owner of Platinum Pet, Teresa, took care to coordinate Max’s transport with me, even though she was vacationing in Nicaragua when I posted the job. My friend Helen, Max’s new owner, and I (live about a mile away & helped Helen coordinate) love that Platinum Pet employs female vets. Worth every penny for the attention to detail and safety. Would strongly recommend!

If I could give the pet shipper 10 stars, I would. For those in the military who have large pets, you know being stationed overseas is a nightmare for pet shipping. Either there aren’t many slots available or pet shippers cost a small fortune!! We were in this situation returning from Korea. We were lucky enough to get our Zeke a slot on a military flight to SEATAC, but the problem became commercial flights to our final destination in KY. This is where Josh and his Furrst Class Expedited Pet travel company saved the day. Josh’s professionalism, transparency, communication and overall love for animals and the service he provides for them is second to none. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate with and understood our challenges. We needed to get our Zeke from Seattle to Kentucky. The “expedited” in his company’s name is not a joke! He picked Zeke up from the Airport in Seattle on Thursday, the 12th of January and on Saturday, the 14th of January, Zeke was back in our arms in Kentucky!!! He provided us video and pictures of his travels with Zeke and updates on how Zeke was doing emotionally! Josh’s bedside manner to comfort our Zeke during the trip across country wonderful. Josh’s fee is very reasonable and he absolutely knows what he is doing! Remember, you get what you pay for. He is well worth every penny we paid. I would recommend Furrst Class Pet Travel to anyone, especially those in the military! Josh understands us as he has family currently serving! Thank you, Josh!! We are so happy with our experience! Cian was very professional and kept us updated throughout the trip. He was definitely well within our price range, cheaper than we were expecting. If we ever need another transport done, will hopefully be able to book with him again.
