Absolute Godsend for me!! I have 3 outside cats left behind from a hoarding neighbor. I was moving myself & although 2 out of 3 are handleable, 1 is extremely skittish & needed to be trapped. The horrible woman buying my house would not let me stay in it til she was caught & I had to leave her behind as my other 2 had already been in crates a full day. Of course she was in the trap the morning after we were forced out. So now I had to find a way to get her to my new home. First of all, great communication throughout. At first I was texting them from midnight-8 in the morning😅 and still I received responses throughout the night which is greatly appreciated! I had to change the original pick up date within the first 9 hours of them responding to my inquiry and Arina was very helpful in scheduling a new pick up date with me 😊 I had sifted through all of the accounts that reached out to me and honestly with it being my first time using a service like this I was VERY picky! I understand things happen out of our control from time to time but I wanted to ensure I gave my 5 month puppy the best possible experience and so if there was even one negative comment made about a company I had moved on to research the next account. I chose this business because of their high ratings, posted pictures and certificates! The fact that i’d be working with two people directly rather than a coordinator and one of their 5 drivers (as other companies may have) put my mind at ease. I booked with Arina about 2 weeks in advance and she kept in contact with me throughout those two weeks, making this a very personal business exchange which just reassured me that I had made the right choice. HORRIBLE. We are so upset that this driver never once in 2 days returned our call. He was suppose to pick a puppy up for us and take it to Maine and he didnt even have enough respect to contact us and let us know he wasnt going to show. He also ignored us when we called or texted. This is not the driver you want if you need a honest loyal driver. Not only did you screw our customer, but you put our business in a bad position. We had to find another source of transportation and work out all the details. Now the puppy will not being going to their family that has waited 8 weeks until 9 weeks. But that is ok just be irresponsible and not man up and take a call. You will never get our business again.

OMG. Kim was the best. Not only was she fair in her fee/bid she was flexible in her pick up and drop off. She was quick to respond to any and all messages. She took the upmost care of our little Xena to ensure that she didn't get exposed to anything that could make her sick as a pup with potty breaks. She ensured there was adequate food and water for our baby. From the time of pick up to the time of drop-off was amazing. I don't know how she does it like she does with driving by herself, but she does it. She was punctual and kept us updated the whole time and sent pics as well. She is such a sweet lady who truly loves animals and with her experience as a breeder and transporting her own dogs not only that she sells but for Shows across the country, she definitely knows what she is doing and takes pride and care in doing it. I can't say enough good things about her. I already recommended her to someone for future transport of pups when needed. She made sure out little one was perfect in every way. Joshua transported my Great Pyrenees mix from a shelter in Utah to Plattsburgh, NY. There are no words for the level of service he provided. From covering him in a blanket while he slept, to buying him rotisseries chicken to encourage him to eat, and making him a really cozy bed in the car, Joshua went above and beyond from pick up to drop off. Having never done this, I was very nervous as I was setting this up, but by the first night of his trip, I felt completely relaxed. I recomend Donnie for any pet shipping needs. My German Riley was a puppy ,5 months old, and very nervous. I was worried that he would have issues with her, but with Donnie he was very professional and prepared. When you think of shipping an animal you think that the pet would be in a cage the whole time, that is not how Donnie works, riley was free to move around, and he made sure she was the only pet that he had to take care of, VIP service 100%. I received texts and pictures of her trip daily. She looked comfortable and like she was having a great time. Hunter is a man of honor, and after speaking with him at length, I was very satisfied we were in more than capable hands! His assistant, Zach, who brought our 2 little Pekingese safely across the continent , arrived off the plane with the biggest, warmest smile and 2 happy well cared for puppies. I'm a Professional Dog trainer who accepts out of state client and I'm absolutely satisfied with Elizabeth & Lucas's service and will be using them exclusively for all pet transportation because they kept me updated the entire trip with photos, and texts or calls being that they are a team of 2. That also gave me reassurance that the dogs would have the attention, care and focus required for a long travel. Might I add, they're both very capable of handling aggressive dogs because my female bulldog (Greta) was not friendly and they didn't buckle under pressure at all. They took on the challenged and exceeded my expectations. All 4 of the dogs (2 French Bulldogs and 2 English Bulldogs) were happy and actually loved Elizabeth & Lucas to the point of wanting to follow them around after they arrived because we hung out and talked about our dreams, passions and goals in life. They are now permanently apart of our lives. I was hesitant due to the fact that they were new and so reasonable with cost but I took a chance and I have hit the jackpot.
