I don’t know what we would have done without USA Animal Transport. At the last minute (two days before she was set to be picked up) our pup was left without transport and these ladies were able to seamlessly step in and help keep our pups schedule on track to get her to our new home across the country(CA->TX)Every step of the way we were sent pictures, videos and detailed texts as to how the journey was going and how our pup was. We have a very anxious dog that suffers from separation anxiety due to being abandoned. Since we adopted her almost 2 years ago she has never left our side as you can imagine we were very nervous especially with having to find her transport at last minute we definitely didn’t want to send her with just anyone. I wish we would have know about USA Animal transport from the beginning and future transport needs that we have or friends may have we will definitely be using and recommend y’all. We had so many things change on us last minute but you ladies helped and worked with us to make everything run smoothly. Even with our flight being delayed multiple times which delayed our arrival home to be there to receive our pup we at no moment felt rushed or pressured by you on the contrary all we received was reassurance that everything would work out and that once we finally arrived home our pup would be delivered which she was. We can’t thank you ladies enough for the care of our pup as if she were your own and being flexible with us as things changed. If I could give y’all 10 stars I would I can’t recommend y’all enough.

Courtney wanted to reschedule at 9pm the night before pickup even after confirming the pickup at 9am that same morning. Courtney said it was due to weather that was know at the conformation time. We had a lot of moving parts with this delivery. We did consider rescheduling but also re-listed with no luck. This left us with the only inconvenient option of transporting it ourselves. Courtney did offer a refund on our deposit that took almost a month to receive. Communication before hand and questions answered after was fine. But canceling after confirming is why I’m leaving a 3star review.

I booked this driver 2 months in advance and checked with him a couple of times …. The first time was after a month and again about 2 weeks later. At that point he said everything was on schedule. Then I began texting him 4 days before pick-up and he did not respond to any calls, texts or emails. Citizen Shipper also tried contacting him with no response. He was supposed to drive my dog from Hartford CT to Henderson NV. I had to cancel my own travel arrangements, rent a car and drive our dog across the country myself. Meanwhile I had given him a deposit of $500 which I’m sure I will never get back. I am considering legal action. I suppose it’s probably a good thing that my dog did not get in the car with this person- - he could have stolen her like he stole my money.. I see others have recently had the same experience. It is infuriating that he would take advantage of people like this

Keith was a rock star for us he delivered two 8 week old puppies from Manton Mi. To Clye Park Mt. He had car trouble driving through North Dakota’s blistering cold wind in January and took out the battery being disabled on the side of the road at 6:00 in the morning. His first priority was to take care of puppies to make sure they stayed warm until he was back on the road. He set the scheduled time for our customers and still made the delivery that day.
