This was my first time using a pet transportation service, and it went well. It was a fast service from California to New York, the trip took about three days. The drivers were very informative and notified me 2-3x a day about how my dog was doing. They shared videos of my dogs, and it was reassuring to see.

Jim did a great job transporting our dog over 1800 miles in about 30 hours. He stopped every 2-3 hours to exercise our dog and he kept us updated the whole trip. I would recommend Jim and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Dale was so kind, communicative, and calm throughout our cross country pet shipping. We sent two cats and a large pitbull with him from NJ to AZ. He sent regular video updates and texts in between. I was really nervous to send my precious puppy with someone I didn't know. I read countless reviews and then I saw Craig's profile. I knew right then that I was going choose him. He is kind. His rates are fare but, most of all, he loves animals. His truck is set up very well for his passenger. Given that he has been a long haul trucker for many years, I felt comfortable he was was up to the task. He was attentive to the weather to ensure the trip would go well. Even so, I needed confirmation every step of the way. I checked in with him each night and morning. He was responsive and sent me pictures at each truck stop. He delivered my sweet girl on time as promised. Her trainer sent me a picture and she has her big smile as always. Craig is an important piece of the things we will be able to do once she returns. I would not hesitant to hire him again should the need arises. I think he's found the perfect combination of his experience and love for animals. Thank you, Craig. Take Care.

Overall, my experience with above and beyond was great. They picked up my dog in a timely manner. I was sent daily photos and location updates to know my pet was happy and healthy. The trip was done as fast and efficiently as humanly possible. The only issues were with payment and receipts. However, I was quoted a fair price, and the job was done very well. I would give zero stars if I could. They give a low ball price, ask for all of the money up front, and then can't find anyone to transport. Then they ask for more money because they low balled the job to get it. Poor communication. Just an overall awful experience and will be using someone else.

They successfully transported my best friend 3/4 of the way across the US faster than I could have driven it myself. Nina was slightly hurt and on meds, they cared for her, administered meds, took her out for breaks, were highly effective in communicating with me, and their timing was literally down to a T. This was without a doubt the best service I could evenr imagine, first of all, he was available in dec 31 to do the transport, at every time he was in contact, video calls, messages, photos, never in all the process we felt nervous, or with doubts, if we transport again we wouldn’t think of any other service, and of course there will be cheaper ones, it’s not about cheaper or fastest, whic definitely was, it’s a living being, a family member, and I wanted someone to treat him like that, and we are pleased and more. and certainly recommend. We had a previous bad experience with another puppy and another transport service, and to have hired this one after that, was a breathe of fresh air.

It takes a special person to have the patience and willingness to transport a dog working through trauma and Heather is one of those amazing humans with a compassionate gift.
