Megan is amazing. We moved from Seattle to Florida and our chow could not fly. He can be a handful and very distrustful of strangers so we had concerns for both our dog as well as Megan. We needn’t have. She immediately put us at ease by describing her experience as well as offering advice. She was always patient as struggled to nail down a move date and eased our separation by offering an initial meet and greet as well allowing us a quick good bye! We not only received regular updates with audio postcards and pics, she dressed him up for the holidays, took him on long investigative walks and a run on the beach. None of these would we do ourselves but his joy was apparent. The handoff was typically accommodative and we’ve remained in touch. Megan puts all of her energy into her efforts and it shows. She has a true gift - sincerely a dog whisperer. We look forward to working with Megan again and again!

Kerri was great to work with in the beginning. We had a dog flying into the airport from out of the country. She assured me she knew the airport and had no hesitation of picking our new pet up. Everything went as planned for that pickup at 9am. Once she had our new dog she ended up going back to her home instead of driving straight to us. This wasn’t an issue for us, minus the fact that we were never told of the unexpected stop. Around the time she should have arrived to us (approx 5pm) I texted her to see how far out she was. This was when she told us she had not left IL yet but was going to shortly. After about 2 more hours she still had not left her home. As we started to worry- I asked for pictures since we had not received any that day. I finally did receive some as she was leaving. She did finally arrive with our dog close to midnight. She neglected to give us all the documents that came with the dog. All the vetting, customs, and how to transfer chip info. I messaged her the next day asking for this to be mailed. I have now been asking for over 3 weeks for her to send this to us as we need these important documentation. She stated she thought she did, but determined it was not sent. Promises to mail out that day waited a week and still nothing. Sent another message and now she will not respond. What started off as an amazing experience turned very unfortunate. I don’t feel that our dog in harms way, I don’t feel she gave him any additional specialness. But just truly wished she would have followed through sending us the documentation that is truly needed.

Emi took great care of my senior dog. She treated him like he is her own. She was flexible when we needed to make some changes to our pickup arrangement. Barbara and Rachel did an outstanding job of transporting our precious little 4 month old cavapoo Koda:) They kept in constant contact, send multilple pictures/videos of our pup and delivered him home safe and sound. 5/5 This company took care of my dog like their own. I thought my dog would arrive stress and it’s been two days and she feels like she never broke her routine. My dog was on the road with them for about 24hours and I received around 6 images and videos which is great keeping in mind they were driving. I’ve seen people complain about no updates but is better for them to drive safe than they have an accident God forbid because you wanted a picture of your furry baby. Pick up and drop off quick and efficient: very friendly staff!!! 10/10 would use them again and will recommend. From PA to FL.

Brandon and his partner got my dog to me very fast, especially for traveling through a snow storm. I got updates when I asked and the price was literally unbeatable. My only gripe is lack of updates when dates were delayed. If there was a delay (which is fine and to be expected) I wasn’t made aware until the set time or day was passed, or until I asked what was going on. If those delays were made known to me prior it would be 5/5.

Transporting a member of the family (our dog Hudson) would’ve been stressful if anyone else handled it. Mike made the whole situation a breeze. Mike answered every question I had (and I had several). He was also so accommodating after we had to make a few changes. I don’t know how many other people would’ve been so accommodating. I would recommend TLC Transport...they (Marla) were professional, communicative/quick to respond, and very pleasant to work with. Called the breeder in advance to schedule pick-up and arrived on time for pick-up. When they arrived, the pup looked great (especially after a particularly long car ride) and Marla and her husband left after we paid the remaining sum. They are willing/able to provide pictures/videos/GPS...however, I would have liked to see more proactive picture-sending (as opposed to having to ask), perhaps during pee breaks, etc... They sent a picture upon pick-up and turned on the GPS after I asked later into the trip, but would have loved some additional shots along the way. A very small piece of constructive criticism to an overall positive experience!

I highly recommend K9 Comfort Flight Training & Travel services. The owner/Kerry was professional throughout the process. She eased my anxiety about flying my precious fur baby with a stranger. What made the difference was when our scheduled plans went left. No fault of hers, but my fur baby (a 6-month puppy) had issues getting through TSA. Kerry could have walked away, but she stuck it out with my family and me until we got King to Florida. She worked with my daughter, along with making all the additional travel arrangements to get him ready for his next flight. King arrived safely two weeks later. My family couldn’t be happier. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Michael. He transported our cat (who HATES crates and vehicles) from Ohio to Colorado in less than 48 hours. He provided regular updates (including photos!) and delivered her on-time and safely. And, to our surprise, she was not even traumatized from the time spent in the crate and car!! We can't even seem to accomplish that feat for a quick trip to the vet! We're so grateful we found Michael and were able to book him for our move. It lowered our stress levels immensely.

I have hesitated on writing this review because I wanted Matt to come through with an answer to a problem/concern but he hasn't. My cats were picked up in Spring Valley Illinois and being delivered to Herriman Utah. Y'all know how hard it is to put a cat in a kennel that has been abandoned, right? Our driver was fantastic at helping contain the anxious cat and got him into the kennel. I was first under the impression that the vehicles used are like the one in the picture. I read every review and based my decision off of them. Not even what I got. I did get my pets delivered, which was the most important part. However, I again was left with the idea that I would be updated on ETA and how my pets are doing. It took a little bit to get information because the driver was stuck in the KS turnpike due to a lightning storm. Not sure why he didn't take I-80 since the cats were picked up 5 miles from that Interstate, and drop off was just 10 miles from the connection to I-15. Instead he went down to I-70 and then had to come back up. But, my horror is the condition the cats were delivered in. Both cats were soaked in urine and their canned food was opened and dried out and one was completely turned over. Upon arrival, a van didn't show up, it was a personal vehicle. The gentleman was polite and had service dog with him. I had no idea what I was about to find. I didn't even inspect them. I quickly paid and tipped the driver. I contacted Matt about my concern. He was quick to respond. I did ask for some of my money back because of the condition of the cats. Is that normal that they show up smelling like urine? Those cats sat in that for 48 hours. I have requested are returned email now three times and no response. I was hoping to hear from him so I didn't have to write this :(

Josh was more than I could ask for during this transport. My situation was very convoluted where I moved to Memphis from Phoenix in July of 2022 and needed to suddenly move back to Phoenix in December of 2022 right before Christmas. Josh made my travel across country the easiest part of my move back. Not only did he caravan with me so that the drive was easier but due to his experience as a driver, knew the best and cleanest places to stop, took care of my dogs, and took full responsibility during the travels. He was great! Josh was extremely articulate and had some great one line gems and quotes that uplifted spirits when I was down about things involving my move. Josh went above and beyond. Megan was excellent and you can really tell how much she loves animals. This was a new experience for me and her constant communication and updates put me at ease, knowing my baby was safe on her way to me. Megan sent such cute pictures and was always reachable with a phone call. I appreciated that she doesn't text and drive. She made sure that she was using the name I chose and my puppy was already responding to it by the time she arrived. Megan has continued to check in to see how she is doing. I will continue using her in the future if needed!

Shawn was amazing! She kept me updated throughout my dog's first Citzenshipper experience. He got royal treatment from her - Shawn even bought him some cucumbers as snacks (one of his favorite!) From the multiple photo updates and quick text responses, it was clear that my dog was happy and it good hands. 10/10 will use Artemis Ark again!
