Joyce transported my new 9 week old puppy for me from TX to AZ. Per my request she took pictures along the way and gave me regular updates. The poor baby was crying because she was lonely and Joyce even cuddled with her when it was safe to do so!!! Now that’s going above and beyond. She even noticed a slight cough (not her doing) and suggested I bring her to the vet. She really cared about my dog’s welfare and that meant a lot to me. To top it off she arrived a day and a half early. We were so impressed we gave her an extra tip for taking such good care of my new baby and being so pleasant while doing so. Even though Periscope transport did take a while to find a driver, it was VERY worth it. My car was picked up Saturday night and delivered Monday afternoon! Amanda picked up a dog I adopted at the local shelter in Salmon Idaho, and brought her 2500 miles to Paisley, FL, where I live. She sent me nightly updates, with pictures. She took great care of Foxy, and kept me informed on how she was eating, and any other concerns she might have had. Foxy had fun on her cross country trip, you could see that in the pictures she sent. She arrived happy and healthy. She picked the dog up Friday and delivered her to me Monday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Please do not use this driver. My dog died today while in his care. She was perfectly healthy. I have video and pictures of her leaving with him and she was her normal happy self. He picked her up yesterday to start the trip. Decided not to leave and went home and left my Lola in his van. He says she was fine this morning and they begun their trip and he stopped for food and left Lola in the van and came back to find her dead. He refuses to take any responsibility and told me he is loosing money for his trip cause my dog died. Citizenshipper told Me the best they can do is refund my booking fee. The driver refuses to take responsibility for a perfectly healthy dog dieing in his care and now I have to pay cremation cost. You would think they would at least cover that. I have text messages from him being extremely insensitive. There had to be negligence on his part. She was perfectly healthy.

Tim picked up our two dogs in Colorado and drove them to New York, and we couldn't be happier. Several days before he left, he came by the house to meet my son and the dogs. He was in constant touch with us along the way, sending photos and letting us follow him on a GPS app. The dogs rode in the back of his RV in a nest of blankets and pillows and looked totally comfy. Or they sat in the passenger seat up front. He made great time cross country and dropped them off earlier than expected. I would NEVER !!!!!!!!!! Recommend this "company". He almost killed my dog. He left her without water she didn't recognize me when he finally got her here. Told me to cash app him the money or I wouldnt get her. Refused to let her out without me paying him first. She was covered in urine and feces and the smell was more than I could describe. Took her to emergency vet 560.00. Filed complaint with citizen shipper. She drink 2 1/2 gallons of water immediately after getting to me. (Vet said to stop her after 2 1/2 gallons). She is scared of men now. I have had her since she was 6 weeks old she is almost 6. I WOULD NEVER allow these people "monsters" get anywhere near anything I love ever again.

Very poor and unprofessional service. My best advice to everyone will be to steer clear from this transporter….she does not keep her word, she takes your money and runs…. Always changing plans. you can tell it was her very first time that she had been booked…I never did get my puppy from her.,,. After trying to make common since, with her for a week..I had to rearrange things and get another transporter that was more professional, and he was a five star! . I learn to look for the five stars. Citizen Shipper was great at giving my money back, And the next transporter got my puppy to me super fast? At the end of the day everything worked out….. I will not let one bad experience stopped me from using citizenshippers? my advice would be don’t go the cheapest route….Look at reviews and the five stars . Since this poor bad experience with the first transporter I have recently had two more puppies sent to me with great experience.;) ?

Emi did a fantastic job! Sent photos along the way, where she stopped and what our dogs did. She was true to her word she only has the dogs in the car for 8 hours ( this was important to us) and our fur babies probably had a better trip with her than they would have with us! Due to fires she had a hard time getting to Colorado but kept us informed along the way, and was very professional. I hope I never have to move cross country again, but if we do I would definitely use Emi a second time.

Xavier is truly a professional and knows his job well. He helped me to move my stuff from Chicago to Florida very smoothly and there were no hidden extra charges too. He got a good-sized trailer so that everything fits well and have enough space to load my household things. He is extremely patient and answered all my questions and doubts. During his journey, he kept in constant touch and also shared his location for me to track. He arrived in Florida on time with all my stuff and was also considerate enough to help me carry those big boxes to the first floor via the staircase. I could tell that he took very good care of my things so that nothing breaks during the move. He also came back to give me my tomato plant when he realized I had accidentally left it in the back seat of his car. He is trustworthy and overall a kind human being.
