I had David ship my french bulldogs (2 adults and 2 pups) from los angeles, CA to west Florida which is about 3,000 miles in 100 degree heat and they arrived with no weight loss, healthy and happy. I had two picky eaters and David would stop at Walmart and get them a roast chicken to eat. He travels with his wife and son so they got 24 hour care, walks and lots of love and attention from his wife and son. His crates are large with cool pads and the kids had plenty of room to move around and stretch out. I chose NPE because of his customized van with 3 air conditioners and a generator which is a rare find and Frenchies can go down fast with heat stroke if the temperature is above 75 but I never had to worry about that with David's doggie limo.I had the tour inside and was ready to skip the plane and it was more like 65 in there and 100 outside. David is not only knowledge and professional as he used to raise English bulldogs but you won't find a nicer and more accommodating family who truly love dogs and what they do. The family doesn't smoke so dogs smell good on arrival and nobody drinks or does drugs and with three people the dogs are never left unattended. He transports all breeds but he limits the amount he will take do they all get individual care. This is the first time I've used David and his family but I can assure you it won't be the last. I found my shipper and I've been in the dog business for 30 years and I've started people in the business shipping and I've seen a lot of shippers come and go and that could well afford anyone that I wanted but I chose David and NPE because I wanted the best but I was very surprised to see that a man with his vet tech and shipping and breeding experience and his nice immaculately clean doggie limo was affordable and reasonably priced. I've used much more expensive transport in the past and they didn't do as good a job and go out of their way like this man and his family did for my dogs and every dog that was on that trip. I'm not one to write reviews and I I'm not easily impressed but this man and his family deserves it. He's been renting a house with some acreage in Alabama but they would like to move to Florida as his young son loves Florida and buy a house so fellow Floridians, breeders and pet owners let's support this family and make this happen! I think I forgot to mention he also sent me videos walking my dogs and pictures of his son with one of my dogs in his lap sitting up front like she was learning how to drive as she was intently looking at David driving and looking very comfortable on his son's lap.? DO NOT USE THIS GUY. His tag is expired 2017, he doesn't have adequate insurance and he destroys your boat. In a 6 hour drive he broke off my radar, ran my generator (which can only be run in the water with raw water cooling) out of the water burning it up. He broke the trailer wood support. And left an interior window open getting the interior cabin cushions and carpet soaked. You've been warned.

Jon transported my son’s teardrop camper from Denver, Colorado to Macungie, Pennsylvania. I absolutely CANNOT say enough great things. Jon is a wonderful communicator, he kept us posted every step and mile of the way; he delivered my son’s camper to us safe, sound and on-time. While my son is no longer here to enjoy his camper, because of Jon, my granddaughter’s and family can continue to make memories in their Uncle’s honor. My table was eventually returned back to me via UPS per my request because shipper could not complete shipping by agreed date range. My customer requested a refund based on ongoing shipping delays which preventing me from making the sale. Shipper gave various ridiculous, dishonest, and unbelievable excuses that went on for more than 3-months. I was advised by police to file a suit for stolen merchandise for vintage piece. I dropped the suit after receiving the table. I do not recommend this shipper as he is untrustworthy. I recommend using another shipping service.

I couldn't bear to leave her behind, but we couldn't catch her when it came time to leave, and we had to leave without her. My neighbors were able to trap her and the Kane's picked her up and drove her 2800 miles across the country. They were so amazing and wonderful with my very scared, semi feral cat, and enabled her to join us and her kitty friends in a wonderful place with plenty of room to roam, play and hunt. I don't think anyone else would have been able to transport her. They were patient and so kind. She made it in Great condition! I am so thankful and so grateful.

Never again. This was my first time transporting my dog and i was already super nervous about the whole situation and the situation turned into being a nerve racking experience. HORRIBLE communication. her sister decided to call me at 1 AM in the morning (how professional) and demand $100 added to on top of what i already paid. When i was promised he would be here either monday or tuesday. it turned into saturday / sunday. and since i was upset “i threw off the whole route and need more money”. after barely checking in, never getting responses, ignoring calls. Stayed at a family members house for over 16 hours then wants to blame it on AC going out in the vehicle with the pets in the vehicle. which i was NOT aware of until the sister demanded $100 more. The experience was smooth sailing at first but once I noticed i was not receiving what was all promised to me, that’s when i started to get worried. 1 picture out of 4 days, a sister calling me at 1 AM, wanting more money, a late start, etc. also the sister said that I told her he could not be picked up from said location until after noon on sunday for safety reasons. and i never said such a thing. ever. and he still did not get picked up until 9 at night. and she accused me of not paying my money on time. when in the description she sent me it said i would need to pay after pick up, and i paid a day early. It was a whole mess and definitely need to work on better communication and not beat around the bush when questions are asked. and LEAVE the sister out of it. she is a class A you know what. and i am not the argumentative type and i hate confrontation. but this whole situation did not sit right with me.

After reviewing multiple offers and what they entailed, only 3 fitted my requirements. Five Star Furbabies was the most expensive option, but the only one who gave my dog the 1-on-1 care that I wanted. Traveling from coast to coast is no small task for an adult human, let alone a scared small dog. They were on time, quick with any updates, and was very considerate of my concerns. Nice couple who did everything they can to make sure my dog was comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any moves.
