Communication was great at first and then it was hard to get answers from him. Our boat was finally picked up 36 hours after the time he had said he would get it and was picked up by people we had never talked to. I understand having people work for you, but it should be communicated who will be hauling your property, as the owner spoke in first person as if it was him the entire time bringing our boat. The people who were hauling the boat for us however, were awesome and super easy to communicate with. They had problems with our boat trailer and worked with us to get it to a shop first thing the next morning. We did not get to meet them in person but were very happy with how they handled the problems that arose and glad they got the boat close enough to us that we can now go pick it up on our own easily once our trailer is repaired.

We shipped our dog from Brazil and we had such a hard time with flight changes and delays. Paul was so flexible with our changing schedule. He picked up my dog from the cargo area at Miami International Airport and drove him up to Chicago in just over 24 hours. We were so extremely satisfied with and grateful for his excellent service! I would highly recommend Paul and his crew to anyone who needed to transport their pet.

Avoid this person. Her name is Dawn. I had her deliver 2 AKC Old English Sheepdog puppies. 1 to Charlotte North Carolina and 1 to Fairfield Connecticut. Both buyers complained to me about their puppies having urine and poop on them when they arrived. It was only a 7 hour drive to Charlotte so she literally must not have stopped for a potty break at all. The second puppy arrived the next evening to Fairfield and that buyer said that the kennel and the puppy were FULL of poop and pee. Honestly she must have left my puppies in the kennel for the whole trip, even when they (supposedly) slept at a pet friendly hotel. The next problem is that she did not give the paper work to my buyer in Fairfield and keeps lying to both my buyer and me about where the paperwork is. It was a folder with very important health records and akc registration papers. She said she forgot to give them to my buyer so she over nighted them to her. That was a lie. Everytime we ask she has a different story. The inhumane way my puppies were treated by her and her husband and the irresponsible care of the important documents is unacceptable. When she arrived to pick my puppies up she mentioned that she used to be employed by another company on here but changed her profile and went off on her own. I believe she was fired for her lack of care and compassion for animals and her irresponsible behavior. If i could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this lady.

Janet was the best! I got a chihuahua puppy from Florida and was very nervous, because I had never used Citizen Shipper before. I got many quotes and decided to go with Janet because she was willing to bring my puppy early and she was prompt in returning my messages. She is also certified in animal transport, and she was traveling with no other pets in the vehicle, which was important to me because my puppy was brand new and I was worried about him being around other animals. She also asked if I wanted her to take him out for potty breaks along the way and I did not. I asked if she could just keep potty pads in his crate because I didn't want his paws to touch any ground. She is great with communication from start to middle to finish. I will definitely use her again when I need to have something (or someone!) shipped! Thanks again Janet for keeping my puppy safe and delivering him earlier than expected!

I wasn’t wrong. Reviews about a gentleman are one thing but when you first speak with Kevin, his personality and humor shine through and will set you at ease. From the get go it felt like a good friend was bringing my bike from Arizona to Seattle. What a great guy! Kevin is a true gentleman, with a book in him some day on the stories he has about his life. He brought laughter during a stressful period in my life and for a few moment there, while conversing with him, I forgot about it all and enjoyed the chit chats we shared. Kevin was great. He was professional yet also a very friendly person. Kevin kept me informed with phone calls along the way from the pick up to my home. My pick up was a five year old breeder cat. My new cat was nervous but Kevin who has his own animals was able to calm her down. Kevin arrived within 10 minutes of the time he quoted and brought in the cat and all the toys that came with her. Travon transported two motorcycles from Northern CA to Denver. The motorcycles arrived in the same condition that he picked them up in. He was very personable and friendly. I was unable to be at the house when he delivered the bikes, but that was not an issue. He helped my wife push the bikes up hill on the driveway and tuck them away in the garage. We would highly recommend him for future transports!

We are shipping lab equipment. Most of it is in boxes. Some things are loose and could need to be wrapped in a blanket. There are also two heavy tables made of metal. They aren't big but they are heavy.

It was a big job! Bigger than I first realized but they worked with me to make it work and we agreed on a little more money to make it fair. Plus, they kept to their schedule and everything arrived safely. No hassles! All good!
