Not sure what I would have done without these guys! They traveled by van across country (Florida to Oregon) when I couldn't fly with my dog (too big for a carry on). The travel time was good & they send pictures daily. Price was acceptable. They do group animals together (not an individual ride) which is what makes the price reasonable! Each animal in their own kennel. In addition, I needed two large boxes transported & they brought those too for a smaller price than I could have mailed them. Only downside is they didn't know which bag belonged to us at drop off so our blanket didn't come back to us. No worries (easy to get a new blanket) but it makes me wonder why it wasn't in her cage with her & was it worth sending with her if it wasn't used. Not sure but that's small potatoes in this whole process. I'm super grateful for their service & would recommend for your transport needs! Thanks again

Before Rouel, I was in touch with two other shippers who cancelled on me a few times and the other just sounded completely unprofessional on the phone. Rouel was able to pick up my dog on our deadline and deliver her quickly. My dog rode comfortable and he kept us updated on her behavior during her transport and his ETA. He was delivering to my brother and he kept in touch with myself and my brother the whole time. He was also kind enough to take her things (which were a lot) and a huge bag of food. I will use Rouel in the future if I need again. Read reviews of pet shippers on this site before booking, it shows a lot how the person operates.

Shipper was nice, kept me informed of the progress of her trip. However, their were a few things she could improve on. She was very late for pickup and delivery. She let my kitten and other dogs loose in the vehicle, i had asked her not to do this because he is a door diver. My kitten had limited prior dog exposure and she put a dog in the kennel with my 1200 dollar kitten and sent me a video of them. I probably wont use this shipper again. My kitten did reach his destination unscaved that we can see. Im so sorry to be negative.

If you are looking to transport a pup, you really need to try Fur Baby Transport!!! Donette was able to deliver our fur baby same day she picked up (we were only few states away so I’m sure that helped). Donette stayed in touch all day, provided pictures of our baby during the drive and we were also able to connect by GPS for the last couple of hours. The standard poodle puppy was to tall to fit standing up. Scott cared and negotiated the price so I could afford to ship her, I'm certain not making much profit. Scott was very courteous, professional, and because he lived close to my city he came and met my pup b4 the shipping date . Also went over the details, shared his heart and passion for going into this business, as he used to work for the Mayor's office (hope he doesn't mind me sharing that).
