It was very evident how much they cared for him, holding and petting him the whole time since he didn’t like being in the carrier and they even tried to stop off on the way at a groomer to get his nails trimmed since they noticed they were sharp. Let me start off by saying Beth and her team are absolutely amazing, as a professional driver myself it is not easy driving across the United States, I could not imagine doing it with animals. Beth communicated with me every step of the way why my fur baby was being transported, if there was any changes along the way I was notified quickly and professionally as well as receiving updated about my wild child because she’s a little hyper. Beth picked up my baby on a Monday and told me roughly 6-7 days before she got back home, Beth went above and beyond and got her home in 4 days. If you’re looking at reviews to find someone you can trust to move your pet, you should absolutely hire Terry. He picked up our Bichon Frise in Mesa, Arizona and brought her all the way to Northern Virginia and he did it flawlessly. He sent regular videos and location updates and was super accessible throughout the whole process. He’s obviously an animal person - our dog loved him. Furry first class did a great job of getting my doggo, Harley, to me pretty quickly. I was struggling to find a way to get my 97 lb dog shipped across the country so I did a little research and found citizenshipper and instantly received various quotes. Furry first class was the most affordable of all quotes I receieved. I was incredibly apprehensive and honestly, ridiculously paranoid at first to use a service like this, but Furry first class really did an amazing job transporting my dog from Idaho to Florida! The only qualm I have is that they don't communicate all that frequently (but I mean... they are driving and busy), BUT they will always text back (and quickly) if you text them first. And if you ask for pictures, they will always send them to you. They do send occasional update texts as your driver progresses through their trip. Transport time was also estimated to be 7-10 days, but they only took about half of that and I was very happy about that. I communicated solely with Malia and Craig, and they were both very sweet. So, really, 5/5 stars because they always answered me (and nicely), they got my child to me safely, and they took good care of her while they had her. Thank you guys. :-)

Absolutely excellent. These people are dedicated to animal rescue and making sure that your fur baby is safe. I don't remember the delivery persons name, but she goes above and beyond. In order to ensure that the animals are safe she sleeps on the floor of the cargo van with them!! This minimizes any possible escape from cage during transport, which I was concerned about with cats. And also, having someone sleeping in the cargo can with them guarantees they will be at the proper temperature and that they are not scared or lonely and protects them from escape, theft or emergencies. Incredible dedication by these people. They clearly are not just doing this for money. The delivery woman I met was hard core dedicated to saving these babies from kill shelters. I want her to know how much I appreciate ? what they did for one special little kitty I've named Valentine. Its only because of you that she went from 8mo old on death row to having a forever happy home with people who will love her forever. Please always adopt don't shop or breed.

After I made my initial payment with citizenshipper I received an email from Shannon which also came with her drivers license and personal information and a contract. She was nice enough, and we did get our animals at our destination, but she was extremely late in both pickup and delivery. 9 hours late picking up & 8 hrs late dropping off. I know things happen, but it threw off our entire driving schedule, leaving us scrambling to find new accommodations for the entire drive. When we got our pets, they all stunk, we’re wet, and one had poop in her carrier. I was told that it just happened, but I could tell it had been a while…. I’ll spare the gross details. Like I said; nice enough person, but I can’t say that I’m happy with our experience.
