He was at his pick up location an hour before the scheduled time to meet the breeder and regularly sent me updates as to his location as he travelled. Randy is absolutely the guy you want to work with. Not only did he give me a great quote and quick delivery, but he’s a good, decent human who communicates well and gets the job done right. I had him move a boat I bought sight unseen and he went above and beyond to take care of all of the things I wasn’t able to do like airing up the tires, wiring up the trailer lights and putting straps around the boat to secure it. And then he drove something like 14 hours straight, much of it through the night, to get to me. Randy is no amateur or weekend warrior—he’s the real deal, a real professional.

I would give 10 stars if that were an option. These folks went above and beyond to help me rescue a paralyzed beagle. They had picked him up at the animal hospital in a rainstorm within 5 hours of me asking for help. And he wasn’t stacked in a tower of crates in a cargo van like most others. He was able to ride safely in a nice soft sided crate in their car. It was all very relaxed and friendly with blankets and cuddles. Benito received lots of love and attention, with frequent stops to walk in his special sling. Tera made sure he took all of his meds and even applied his ointment and kept record. I received pictures along the way and was able to follow their journey with gps tracking. Benito arrived safely with all of his meds and paperwork, clean, and very happy at the destination. Tera and Rope are a great team! It’s so obvious these folks care about the animals. I’d definitely recommend Calico ponies :) Side note: If you cannot understand that there are going to be weather, traffic or other issues that will affect the transport time and/or route… and if you expect someone to answer your every call or text while they are trying to drive then you should not use any transport service. And go get the animal yourself :/

Valerie was super kind and professional. She drove from Texas to New Hampshire with my fur baby and stayed in close contact the whole time. I honestly can't give Christine enough stars!!! She was amazing. She provided constant updates at every stop and always kept us in the loop on arrival time to the best of her ability although a tropical storm set us back a day or so. She was amazing and treated our new puppy with unbelievable care for the 3 nights she had him (from Missouri to Rhode Island). I'm sure our puppy will miss Christine a lot but we are so happy we chose someone like her to transport him to his forever home!!

My in laws had no desire to travel from NJ without being certain that their pitbull will also come out to Oregon and due to some changes with covid, majority of the flights denied their dog leaving us with not so many options. They were wonderful, my in laws dog has anxiety issues as well as never been around other dogs or people but they made sure to keep her calm and do enough to make her feel safe and happy. The transportation was fast, and my boat was delivered ahead of schedule. The only frustrating part was the day of the pickup, they were a hours late past when they said they would be there and they did not respond to texts or phone calls.
