We are 100% satisfied with this courier service. Pictures were shared along the way which was very comforting. Our babies were well taken care of and clean and fed during the whole trip as requested. This was a 1200 miles trip and these 2 were up to the challenge. Kudos to this particular service and the biggest thank you and God bless them.

Justin did an excellent job transporting Abby a softcoated Wheaten Terrier from my home in San Tan Valley Arizona to my uncle's home in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. She got there safe and sound and was happy as a clam. If you ever need to transport an animal I would recommend Justin he did a great job. FYI if he's transporting your animal and you need to communicate with him you need to think about he's traveling with multiple animals maneuvering multiple animals feeding and caring for multiple animals he does a great job. He can't be in constant communication with you if he's driving and caring for your animal. I would suggest if you need updates from him you just give him a text and he will get back to you ASAP. Again I would highly recommend Justin he does a great job

I was moving from Memphis TN to Arizona and found myself with no way to get my baby home with me. The airline wouldn’t take her because she was 2” too long for the maximum carrier. I was going to rent a car and drive her home, but there was not a one way rental available any where in Memphis. I didn’t know what I was going to do, then I found RM Pet Couriers. Robert was absolutely fabulous! He went above and beyond any expectations! Not only did he keep me informed during the journey and send me pictures along the way, but he took on quite the challenge with my fur baby. I have a twelve year old Jack Russell who is going blind, is a diabetic on a very rigid diet and needs insulin twice a day. Although Robert was hesitant because he has never dealt with injections and was nervous about my Abbie’s safety, he understood my predicament and after a little coaching he accepted the challenge and handled it like a pro! She was delivered safe and sound, properly fed and medicated. I can’t be 100% sure, but I think she feel in love on that trip! I don’t plan on moving again in my lifetime, but if I do, Robert is my first call!

We were so nervous transporting our Rabbit from NY to CA. I’m sure I drove Charly crazy. Charly was always reassuring. She sent plenty of pictures of our rabbit and spoiled her 24/7 with TLC. Our rabbit received The First Class Treatment. We can’t wait to use Blue Haired Gal Transport again.
