She’s not well equipped to transport a camper. Showed up to pickup the camper without a hitch and electrical Connector. Sent me a pic of broken tongue jack handle saying it was too stiff. When I showed to pickup the camper it was grazed at the bottom. She had actually driven it while the jack was touching the road. She opened my trailer and used the crank handle to repair her tire. Left grease marks around the doors then forgot to put the handle back in the trailer. I don’t know how ppl have given her such good reviews but my experience with her was horrible.

I have shipped dogs with other transporters who were both professional and kind. This experience was just weird. She would communicate with me but would not reach out to the breeder to set up a pick up time and date. She finally reached out to the breeder when I was ready to cancel her as a transporter. The breeder told me she was sending all paperwork with the transporter but when the puppy got here The transporter said she had no paper worker and the breeder must be sending it in the mail. I called the breeder to let her know the puppy was here and ask about the paperwork. The breeder had sent the registration papers and health papers with the puppy! I called the transporter who did not pick up, then I texted her asking where she was. I was in my car chasing them down before I got a response. I ended up having to meet them to get my papers they happen to find behind the back seat. I am happy the puppy arrived safely but this should have been a drama less interaction. I would not recommend this couple. I feel very lucky that I ended up with my puppy, as well as his information. I found out the breeder sent a large bag of puppy food to help transition the puppy on to his new diet. That didn’t arrive either.

Steve was easy to work with and went the extra mile by taking my cats pet care items with him to give to the pet boarding lady in Virginia as we will not be there for another week. This Driver did not have a vehicle capable of transporting a pet he contacted me from Memphis saying he couldn't get a rental car he needed a $500 deposit, because he didn't have a credit card. At this point he was 1 day and 6 hours late I had a customer ready to cancel and ask for a refund. His drop was simple with very detailed instructions, 4 puppy's to drop off 1 male in TN and 3 Females in GA. Well first he showed up with no transport crates. I had to let him use a car to prevent a loss of sale he dropped off a female at wrong location and got to GA with 2 females and 1 Male, Customer contacted, TN Customer that he left the wrong dog I texted him on that he never responded. Then he showed up in GA with 2 females an 1 male, That customer contacted me right away, William said he would go back to Greenville, TN and swap puppies, the whole time he lied to me in text messages about his ETA to customer. He stated he told customer I never gave him the right number, I was given to in in original booking and also texted to him not once did he contact customer or provide GPS to customer. My last text to him he stated he was 33 minutes out. 40 minutes he texted me to inform me he left the male dog he was supposed correct his error in my driveway back at pickup point, with a text that he was finished and dog was in my driveway, He collected over $600.00 and dumped a 8 week puppy in driveway. I had to scramble at last minute, to find transportation for male to Greenville, TN and pick up the Female that he couldn't tell the difference. Then in his text he states it's not his responsibility to check text. After dumping puppy in my driveway. at this point he is 3 days late. WORD OF ADVICE FROM AKC BREEDER USE THIS PERSON AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have downloaded USDA and TDA complaint reports and will be contacting shipper and Puppy Find. This guy is a fraud and can't be trusted with your precious pets. BEWARE!!!! I have all text and his original job request with instructions still to back this review up. Downloaded loaded to computer and on Citizen Shipper Console. Along with written statements from both customers/

I feel so lucky that I find Jim to help me drive my dog from Pittsburgh, PA to Seattle, WA. He prepares coolers in the car so my dog could have cold water on the road! I gets updates and pictures every couple hours, and I can also track their location from a GPS. He knows how to take care of dogs, so I feel very safe have my dog with him. Teresa is the best we had a schedule time an I asked her a week early to go the next day an she did with no problem. Awesome communication. Took very good care of my tiny pup gave her food, water, toys, etc.. text me several times for update. Trip was 4 plus hrs and she stopped for her to go to bathroom. My puppy was happy not shaking or scared at all. This is the best experience I have had and I used this company a few times. An her prices are unreal I don't know how she can do it so cheap. Really easy to communicate and coordinate with. Charlie was the driver and he was wonderful with my dog. She can get anxious but she seemed very comfortable with him from all the photo updates that he sent and this out my mind at ease.
