I don’t even know where to start! If I could rate this the numbers would be off the charts! Rachel was so helpful, professional, & re-assuring. But our driver Celana was an angel sent from God. What an amazing awesome animal loving person! We have never sent our dog who is a baby to us even though she’s an 82 lb Pit off with a stranger before. Celana made us comfortable from minute one. Chloe got the best care we could ask for. Celana was like a loving, caring second mom. We felt so secure. She sent constant pictures, videos, voice messages, & location several times each day. Susan delivered my 8 week old Great Dane. My only complaint would be that when she took the contract she said two days to deliver but it took 3! This was frustrating but with that being said she did answer my texts and let me know how he was doing. When he arrived he was healthy and happy. I was worried about him being in a kennel so long then I got a pic that he made into the front seat lol which relaxed my fears. If your inpatient or expect punctuality then you will be disappointed but I do believe she will take good care of any animal she transports.

Rick was fantastic, he picked up my 100lb Caucasian Shepherd puppies in Pa. on the day he said he would and ontime, then delivered them to Wills Point, Tx, 36 hrs later, approx 6 hrs earlier than projected, he was able to do this due to his 2 driver team, puppies arrived safe and healthy, tho ready to get out of their travel kennels due to their size, Rick's bid was very fair and reasonable, I would highly reccomend his services to anyone and would certainly use him again

I cannot express enough how exceptional Brad and his services were. We have two dogs who are anxious travelers, and we were stressed on how to get them across country for a move. Donna was an angel getting our dog Waffles from Georgia to Texas. I was very skeptical about dog shippers after hearing horror stories. Waffles also does not like car rides so the thought of him having to be crated up in the back of a van was not what I wanted. Donna took care of Waffles and transported him like we would have, and maybe better as he had more room in the van to lounge around and make himself at home. She updated me all the time with pictures and videos of our dog as well as sharing her Ways route with us the whole time so we could track them. She was on time, did exactly as she said she would, and treated our dog like he was part of her family. As someone who was adamant on always driving my pet myself and never using a transporter, I would use Donna time again and recommend her to anyone who needs their pet moved. Thank you, Donna!

I really cant say enough good about ADL! The communication is first rate and I'm 1 of those customers who asks all the tricky questions and it seemed to be no bother. The pick up and delivery was first class, the price was excellent. If you choose ADL you will not be dissapointed. Next time i won't even bother getting estimates and just go straight to ADL Logistics. Im 1 very happy customer.
