Thank you so much Pup Protectors! Poe was 2 and a half months old, he was picked up from my mom’s house in South Texas and transported to San Diego, Ca where my husband and I are currently deployed. They keep me posted if/when Poe had his meals and they sent me pictures 3 times a day. As owners we stress too much about our doggies so this really gave me a peace of mind. We shared location via life360 when they were close this also gave me peace of mind. When they delivered Poe to me they turned in all his belongings. I had a great experience they proved to be trust worthy and I do recommend them. Justin kept me updated of everything and for that I am very thankful. I still have not received a refund over a week later, and have had no contact from her.

Candace did NOT transport my pet. What she did do was ghost me for several days- no response AFTER I placed a 20 percent deposit through CashApp that she required after I accepted her bid. She missed 3, yes, THREE dates for pick up. First it was Monday, then Wednesday, then 8-9 pm Thursday and still no puppy pick up from my puppy’s breeder in Oklahoma. Finally on Friday afternoon when getting no response I arranged a different person to personally escort my puppy home to me in Minnesota. I communicated with Candace, never once did she tell me she was at. 18 hours after her expected pick up time I finally made other arrangements. She is not to be trusted. After the first several days of not responding abd missing the Monday and Wednesday pick up I reported her to Citizen shipper. They asked me what I wanted to do because they tried calling and emailing her too without a response. When she finally responded she said her cell phone malfunctioned. I didn’t believe her but I wanted to give my fellow working American another chance. She repaid me by no showing for the Thursday night pick up again. Friday after making other arrangements last minute which came at a premium, I texted her asking for my deposit back. All she said was “it’s non refundable” I told her I had all the evidence in my text messages and citizen shipper messages and emails and she said “so what? I said non refundable deposit in my profile”. Apparently Candace thinks it’s ok to steal peoples money under the guise of perhaps maybe NEVER intending to give that service but uses it as a front to steal peoples money. Communication and truth are essential good business practices along with showing up on time or at least show up EVENTUALLY! Candace refund my money and stop stealing from other people. It’s not right. I wouldn’t trust someone like this to transport anything, especially not a beloved pet. Disappointed and offended by Candace. I will pursue legal action against Candace as well as getting refunded from Citizen shipper for their fee.

Prior to booking, Mark communicated well in response to my questions. Because of the extreme heat in the West, my new pup had to be air shipped across country sooner than originally thought. Marc was courteous and willing and able to transport a new pup solo and no paws on ground. Mark informed me that he was on another delivery and would be in touch the night before the arrival. I messaged him later that night as I had not yet heard and he said he was an hour away and ready for my pups transport the next day. The flight was slightly delayed and Marc stayed in touch with me as he waited. He drove my young puppy from the airport directly to me, arriving after midnight. I went outside and Marc was holding the pup, handed her to me and then passed me the crate. The pup was clean and seemed not upset considering her cross-country flight followed by a 7-hour ride with Mark. I would definitely recommend Mark for the job of transporting precious cargo.

Monica and Chris transported my moms chihuahua to me following my mother’s death. Due to the circumstances and our financial situation, they offered to do the transport for $350 versus the $700 they would normally have quoted. They also waived the $50 deposit and reserved my date ahead of time when they would normally require the deposit for that, on just a promise of “we’re in the process of getting the money together.” They even brought a bag of my moms stuff down (I had no idea the dog’s caretaker was going to ask that of them) at no extra charge. They kept me updated on everything throughout the drive and even sent lots of pictures. I can’t thank these guys enough. It means so much to me that they were so willing to help me so much. There are very few people who are so willing to do this for someone they’ve never met, and they were both so sweet when I finally met them in person.

I'm a few months late in leaving this review, but Delyla and her team were amazing! She transported my sweet but shy senior dog across the country and it was a great experience from start to finish. She was super communicative and transparent during the booking process and at every step of my pup's journey - from pick-up to drop-off. We got updates and photos 3x a day every single day and from the looks of it, my dog had a fantastic time! Cross-country moves are stressful, but I felt so relieved to know that my precious pup was well taken care of and having a blast on his road trip - I loved seeing photos of him in a new place each day.
