Just got off the phone with John, he hung up on me. I was notified by citizens that John’s account was locked so naturally I checked and it was. Between the time I accepted the bid and checking his profile I noticed a review was posted about a shipment that went south with a different shipper. I don’t know this person but she is explaining my experience through her review with John as if she was with me while speaking with him. Immediately when I spoke with John he mentioned his transmission was down in her truck and he would not be able to get to my shipment until late next week. But apparently after letting him know I will not be using him he told me that his truck is now finished and if I just gave him money I would have got my shipment sooner because his truck is actually not broken? He asked me to send him half the payment up front which is not a big deal but he asked to ship this through Walmart and if the citizens shipping policy it specifically recommends not to do this. Side note, I find people and businesses for a federal agency and I believe will have found a few John’s and without looking into it further usually that’s a bad sign. All in all when shipping a personal belonging especially in my case something very valuable you want the process to be smooth and painless. John knew not to say any of these things to me through text as he immediately called and spun the web.

Where do I begin with my experience with Charlie (Transport 4 Very Important Pets & Cargo)? My experience was nothing short of AMAZING! From the very moment we spoke about having my puppy transported from Arimo, Idaho to Brewerton, New York he was nothing but informative, honest, and kept me in the loop. He would send me messages and pictures along the way during his trip, keeping me updated on how she was doing, pictures, etc. Charlie would keep me updated on his departure time from every place he stopped (gas, bathroom breaks, etc.) and give me an ETA on his and Penelope's (pup) arrive to my door step. COMPLETE LIARS.. DO NOT USE.. Wes was great during booking process to get the deposit. Said all the right things.. After that it was a complete joke. His partner Adam, the office guy who supposedly does the scheduling, was full of empty promises week after week, and flat out lied on multiple occasions. Then went dark with no more communication 3 weeks ago... after the last lie he had been in touch with the person who had the car now. Which no one ever talked to him !!! You need to issue the refund for the deposit immediately and get rid of Adam. He's beyond unprofessional and a flat out liar. Just good at making false promises every time we called asking when it was going to be picked up. We hired another company offsite from here after being lied to for weeks on end. Was told initially within 2 weeks. Was lied to for over 4 weeks, then all contact stopped 3 weeks ago. Complete waste of time.

I was nervous using a stranger to transport my dog but Patrick put my fears to rest. He gave me the choice of a crate or a comfy bed. He provided bowls, water and toys, and made meal/potty breaks. He consistently texted to let me know his progress and promptly answered the phone when I called. It is obvious he loves animals and understands nervous pet owners. John Murphy This guy gave a low price he said because I’m a disabled 61 year old woman who had my last Scooter stolen and it was destroyed, so I booked the pickup/delivery. He called and texted me repeatedly on the day I booked to get his first half of the money. This was on Friday July 16. He said he was delivering a load to Southfield, MI on Monday at 9:30am and would go straight to Flint, MI afterwards. I did not hear from him again, so I called a couple of times and texted a couple of times but did not hear back from him so I was getting understandably nervous. He did call the guy he was picking up the Scooter from finally on Monday July 19 way after the time he said he would be there to advise he was 2 hours out, which didn’t make sense because Southfield is an hour from Flint. He finally showed up almost 5 hours later, he finally called me Monday July 19 after he picked up the scooter and said he had to go to Jersey to pick up a car going to Colorado. He told the guy that he picked up the Scooter from that he had car problems and that’s why it took him so long to get there. He told me Friday he had stopped because he was waiting for the down payment from me to make it to Michigan. He said he would drop off my scooter in 2 days. Again I did not hear anything from him until 11:30am on Wednesday. He said he was just picking up the car in Jersey and asked for my address and said he would be there later that night. He called this morning Thur July 22 at 11:23 am and said the transmission went out in his vehicle, that he was getting it fixed but he couldn’t deliver my Scooter until sometime next week!! He said don’t worry about your scooter it’s inside the truck, strapped down by 4 straps so it won’t tip over and I’ll call and let you know when my vehicle is fixed!!! The guy who shipped it to me called him Friday night and John gave him his word he would deliver it no letter than Tuesday. John then called me and yelled at me because the shipper called him. I had no idea the shipper was going to call him! I did not here from John again until Wednesday, I missed a call from him, called him back and he said he must have “butt dialed” me because he just put his phone in his back pocket. So I asked for an update in my Scooter delivery. He said they had finally gotten the old transmission taken out and that “maybe Wednesday night or Thursday” it would be running again. The guy who shipped the Scooter asked me to let him know what John said so I did and I asked him not to bother John again. The shipper called John anyway and they had words. John called me back but I was in the shower and he left me a threatening voicemail message saying his lawyer would see to it that he owned my Scooter and that I’m disabled and he knows I can’t afford an attorney so I’m out of luck. I submitted the situation to the company but this has not been resolved so I’m just out the $150 down payment plus fees of $59 and $7… AND the whole time John is telling me his truck is broke down I see his booking continue to go from 1 booking to 2, then 3 and now he is up to 11 bookings in the last week but his truck is broke down without a transmission? Don’t book with John if you value your possessions.

Amazing driver very attentive and caring with her.I would recommend her to all my friends and family if they ever needed a service like this. I was on edge at first, she quickly reassured me as she sends me lots of pictures throughout a ride to show me that she was doing just fine. She also did a solo ride with lolly with which was really important to me.I didn’t want her to be stressed out with other dogs on the same ride or to spend anymore time on the road and then absolutely necessary. She took lots of breaks even stayed at a nice room overnight so that they could rest she offered lolly sandwiches and eggs honestly an amazing very attentive person. With a recent loss of another pup, I was an emotional mess about separating from my dog and they were nothing but kind and compassionate. They'd let me check in for updates, and share info or any changes to their schedule as needed and I was lucky enough to get her a few days earlier than planned! More importantly, my sweet girl seemed so happy and well cared for when she got to me after 3-4 days on the road. I am so happy and grateful my dog traveled safely with this crew! I had the best experience I could ever imagine as I gave my dog to a stranger to transport across the country. My driver was Anthony and he was so amazing throughout the whole process. Every step of the way was amazing. Communication and business in the beginning was so professional as they offered service that I needed. Before I went all in and took the bid, I had a million and one questions that they gladly answered. The price was absolutely unbeatable as well as the customer service. The line of communication between me and the driver was very thorough, as we both gathered information for the successful trip. When the trip occurred, I got updates every 4-5 hours during potty and water breaks. I want to disclose that my dog is not the easiest to get along with and does have some behavior aggressive tendencies. Anthony made sure my dog was comfortable with him before leaving, and he truly took his time to give her the attention and time she needed to warm up to him. They truly reassured me with every video sent that she was in great hands. They stopped at multiple rest stops with dog parks so they can stretch their legs and do their private business. I would a thousand present recommend this company to anyone who is seeking transportation for their animal state to state. My dog traveled from Virginia to Texas and got their in the shortest amount of time- traveling a day and a half!! Now that was amazing. They provide a reliable rental car as well as crates. They allowed me to make sure she was comfortable as I was able to provide her bed in the crate. I stuffed it with her favorites, some bones and her tug of war toy. They also provided snacks and water. They were just all the way around amazing!!! It’s hard enough considering this route as you plan for your dogs travel, and this company truly went above and beyond with their care for my pit bull. Can’t say enough great things about them!!! There is definitely a reason they only have 4 and 5 star reviews and it’s because they’re service is truly too notch. Accept that bid! You won’t be disappointed.

Jo picked her up at JFK cargo, which is no picnic, not to mention it was at 9:00 pm. Jo stayed in close touch at all times during Angie's 600+ mile journey to me. My rating is only based on my verbal dealings with Thomas as I don’t need him to drive our dog anymore. Thomas was very kind in his phone and email correspondence with me. He did not drive my dog as my out of town sister said she will come down to see us off at the airport and she will drive our dog to Miami. I had sent him $100.00 upfront even though he never asked for a deposit to ensure that he knew I really wanted a driver. When I messaged him letting him know that my sister was driving our dog and I didn’t need his services anymore he returned my full $100.00. I can only speak of my dealings with him without the actual driving but he was very informative. I like his past experiences with dogs and his car for transportation of the dogs.

By not asking for a deposit he had my trust immediately. Robert ships different things all over the U.S. and is very trustworthy and reliable. This company is the reason there is so much distrust in this industry. Horrible communication; misleading amenities; protracted timeline; unsanitary conditions. We needed an emergency pick up since we were transporting 6 dogs when our new vehicle had a maintenance issue. Michael told us he would be there the following evening to pick up and would stick to both our schedule and the amenities we provide to our clients (GPS, 3 updates/day, efficient route, etc.). This did not happen. They changed the pick up time 4 times, arriving 6 hours later than originally quoted--without updating us about the change. When they arrived, it wasn't Michael, but two other dudes. There were 12 OTHER DOGS crammed in their dirty vehicle, floor to ceiling crates. They use cedar chips rather than providing a sterile transport space (dogs pee and poop where they sleep. It definitely smells like it, too. It was SO LOUD in the van, an uncomfortable cacophony that made the pups even more anxious. None of our clients received good communication or GPS whereabouts; we were hounded by each of them through the rest of the transport wanting to know how their dog was since Michael's drivers didn't answer them. It took them over a week to deliver (should have been 4 days, max) and they didn't remember to give the animals' belongings to our clients, so none of them arrived their beds, bowls, toys, etc at the end of the trip. I could not be more disappointed with this experience. This company is greedy and only cares about maximum profits, not yours or your animals' experience. They have lower rates so it seems worthwhile, but please realize that the dogs got sick (kennel cough) from these conditions and he is currently being investigated for his practices. You get what you pay for here: stress and lies.
