After a 200 mile drive, our precious (and young!) new puppy arrived in perfect condition and showed no stress reaction whatsoever! I was skeptical about shipping my German Shepard, and without Harlan I would not have done it. He talked on the phone with me in detail about how the trip would work and I could immediately tell he had a heart for dogs. When my dog got in his truck he immediately laid down and was ready to go. Dogs have a sense about people and Ghirardelli (my dog) could tell Harlan was a good person. Stayed in contact with me during the entire trip and took great care of Dells. Thanks Harlan!

I booked my transport a month in advance. A day before the pickup, she texted me that if I didn't pay her the remaining balance she would have to cancel. I paid her. The next day she said she had been in an accident. She was waiting for a rental and changed the pickup date. Then just never showed up for the pickup. I received an email saying I would get my money refunded in 45 days. Now in a panic to have the dog picked up on time I cannot negotiate price. Also this is an alternate business name with the same phone number. A2B is who I hired. Paws in motion is the same people.

I can’t recommend Ronda strongly enough! She was wonderful. She was nothing but professional from her initial contact and discussion of arrangements, to the actual transport. This was a lengthy trip for her from travel to pick up and then travel to me, which she did within 2 days of our agreement. She was great with updating us with photos and messages of her progress and provided exceptional care to our new baby. We had many offers from this website, but Ronda was one of the very few who had full credentials of background check, insurance, and USDA registration as well as pet care experience/training. We were worried about shipping a 3month old puppy by air cargo and the effect it could have on her, and we are so happy we decided to use Ronda. Our baby arrived showing no signs of stress and as a result she acclimated really well on her first night home. We can’t thank Ronda enough for the great care she took with our girl.

Right from the start, he was so caring & amazing towards all my concerns. The communication from him was incredible. I knew exactly where my puppy was at all times. Ken and Amee transported our Schnauzer from Ohio to Tulsa and we could not have asked for better, more caring more responsible, and more considerate drivers. They sent us a GPS link so we could see where they were at any given time. They also made frequent stops with photos of our pet. Unfortunately our pet put an extra burden on the drivers since she threw up two times and they patiently cleaned her up and made her as comfortable as possible. Megan was wonderful! We connected very early the day before my cut off to pick up my bunny. She was able to pick her up and immediately stopped to pick her up a few essentials. I really appreciated that, she also had to change crates as Edwina was a bit bigger than I thought ?Which I also appreciated and I thought that was very considerate of the bunny. I was kept up to date on everything concerning the bunny and any changes or progress during the trip. Which was rather harrowing. Detours because of fires and rough roads. But she took excellent care of Edwina and brought her to us as soon as they arrived, even though it was late. We wanted her to get here ASAP and Megan made that happen. I would definitely recommend her and use her services again. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I was confused on the payment situation and she very kindly walked through it with me. I very much appreciated her patience and kind personality.

Ben and his wife did an excellent job transporting my Mini Dachshund from my breeder in Ohio to my house in Long Island, NY. The price was very affordable, they were very kind and responsive, and our fur baby arrived a couple of hours early! They drove a van with A/C and stayed the night in a pet-friendly hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend you using them as your pet transport service.
