I had to have my 14 year old lab brought from PDX to LAX because I left for a family emergency. The hustle of it all made me forget to notify Jessica that I also needed almost all of Josie (my dogs) supplies transported as well! Jessica didn't even bat an eye and worked with my roommate to get two dog beds, a blanket, her medications, a bag of food, cans of wet food, bowls, and a bowl stand into her car with plenty of room left for Josie to be comfortable. Not only that, but Jessica safely made the trip in the fastest time I think is possible with rest stops and pictures so that I could have my emotional support pup ASAP! I had booked Shelby to do a trip for me even though this person hadn't done any trip, no reviews, no photos and no bio. I decided to give them a chance. I texted Shelby for a photo and to know what the service for my puppy would entail. I only got a text saying that they'd get back to me because they were door dashing. I waited and never got a response. Several days later I called both numbers I was given for Shelby, both said that the voicemail box was full so could not leave a message. Then I texted Shelby and let Shelby know that I had tried to call her. Needless to say, never heard back from the many texts I sent and from the calls. I felt that Shelby was ghosting me from the beginning. The cargo Shelby is getting is to precious to be put at stake like that. I had to cancel with Shelby and scramble to get someone else. Citizen Shipper was nice to help me with that. I hope if Shelby transports for anyone, that she is nicer to them than me.

I could not be more pleased with the level of service and care that my Loki received! The evening that Josh picked up Loki, he calls me, concerned, because Loki would not eat his food...he was just looking at it. In the stress and chaos surrounding our move, I forgot to mention that Loki eats on command. He was waiting on Josh to shake his hand and say "eat". Josh did and Loki instantly began eating! The fact that he was concerned enough to call, gave me such peace of mind that I had chosen the right company. I was updated each evening on how Loki's day went and Josh made extra stops when Loki appeared stressed out with the trip, as he HATES riding in cars. Josh was an absolute LIFESAVER when our flight from Texas to Oregon was delayed and even met us at the hotel so that we were less stressed! When we arrived at the hotel, Loki was happy to see us, but went back to Josh to give goodbye kisses which let's me know that he considered Josh a friend. Would not dream of using anyone else to transport my baby!!!

I am really kind and I do not like to give one star. The experience with this shipping company is ready bad . We start of pretty good , nice price , nice pick up time , nice lady and a nice looking van . And everything changed on the second day. The driver’s van broke down in Arizona. I know this is a unexpected accident but the thing after that turns out bad. The lady ( driver ) told me the afternoon saying she switch a driver for me ( not working with the company , bad communication, and they do not use GPS ) and they are picking up my dog in the next morning. I ask if there is any other solution cause being as a dog mom , I am worried . And what she answered really make me mad . She told me she book a plane for the afternoon and she is leaving back home. So whether I give my dog to the person she found for me , or my dog stays alone in Arizona ( maybe becoming a homeless animal) . So I have no choice . The dog was given to a new person with 12 dogs transporting!!!!!! ( I have ask a few companies 5 dogs should be the maximum). This new person she found have really bad communication ( meanly I need to send 5-6 message for one response) . They do not use GPS ( I don’t know where they at all the time ) and barely two photos of my dog for the entire trip !!!! I have a full box go with my dog and she should have her leash . her bed , her food , her bowl , her treats, her blanket and a lot of stuff, BUT I ONLY GET MY DOG today !!!’ Without anything with her !!!! I know things may happen in a long trip and it will mess up everybody’s time , but the way this company dealing with it is REALLY UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
