If I could give Tom more stars I would. After surgery, I realized I was going to need more help than I expected and I needed to get from DC to FL ASAP. Thus, I needed to transport my English Bulldog from DC to FL on the 4th of July. On July 3rd Tom bid and I asked him if he could be in DC by 4:00pm the next day so I could take a 5:25pm fight. Well, he got there at 11am so I was able to take a 1:25pm flight. When Tom arrived in DC I was impressed with his vehicle wherein the middle seat had been modified specifically to transport pets. Tom is kind and prompt and he comes with my highest recommendation. Book him, you will not be disappointed!!

Chuck, I start this review by saying thank you for all that you did in transporting my boat from Missouri to Texas. Chuck Please Use me as a Reference Anytime!!! Chuck was professional, competitive in pricing, flexible, on time and really went above and beyond to make this nerve wracking process a breeze!! He communicated in great detail through out the entire process and trip. He stated the trip would be 2 days, he picked up on Thursday and delivered on Friday!! So a few things that made Chuck memorable and someone I highly recommend; He has many years experience. I had several delays with the dealership finalizing the purchase ultimately delaying the transport. Chuck was flexible and understanding and his professionalism was outstanding! I had essentially bought this boat site unseen so on the day of pick up Chuck conducted a detailed video walk through of the boat with me. Once underway Chuck texted me several times with status of his trip and communicated when he stopped for the night so I had constant updates and was comfortable with how things were going along the way. I had to work all day and Chuck was flexible with the delivery time, he worked around my schedule!! I could go on and on about how great this transport process was.... The key points you will need to help make your decision to go with Chuck; I say again, He is professional, experienced, timely, BEST Competitive PRICE (although not the cheapest, I definitely got way more than I paid for!!!) and treats your goods with the utmost care (better than you would). The whole process of this boat purchase was frustrating, stressful and then I needed it to be transported. Chuck made sure any concerns and or stress were relieved!!!! Chuck is now in my contacts if I ever need a transport again. I highly recommend his services!!!

Catherine was beyond amazing in handling the transport of my 5 yr old Newfie from LAX to Frisco, Colorado. From our initial Contact her genuine love and care for what she does was very apparent. She was in constant contact with me From the moment that Sampon arrived in LAX airport until she delivered him. She waited patiently at the airport once he arrived until he was unloaded almost 3 hours after touchdown. She kept me posted through out the wait as well as communicating with the handlers inside the cargo plane.She then began her journey with Samson making numerous stops to make sure he walked, ate, and relieved himself as necessary. Worst service ever. My cats were picked up on Thursday morning by ONLY Lonnie— nobody else was with him. Lonnie had a stroke with my cats in the car and my cats were at this families house in Kentucky for a day and a half. Shipment was delayed, which I understood but they had promised me many things and did not hold up their end of the promise. They told me multiple times I would see my cats by Saturday and this was obviously not true. We were told they were a few hours away when they were really 10 hours away from picking up our cats, and we actually had to drive 8 hours to meet up with them to pick up our cats. The cats didn’t have a litter box the whole time. One of my cats has dried poop in her fur. They lost all of the belongings sent with the cats. My vaccination records are gone, the sedatives weren’t used at all and were lost. I even had flea meds with them and those are lost too. This was a horrible experience and finally on Monday morning I have my babies. Don’t hire these people. They’re not professional at all and they don’t give a damn what they put you through.

She was great. One of our dogs had surgery 1 week before trip and she gave him meds and managed his comfort. She also managed our other dog and 4 cats so they were happy and healthy when they arrived. She sent up date pictures along the way, and helped us settle them in the new house. As far as their communication, it was pretty on point for the most part. They updated me almost daily and let me know their ETA as they were delayed and it got changed due to circumstances. So, they did a pretty good job there. However, when I got my puppy, he had lost a ton of weight to the point where I can see his hip bones. He also had a flea collar when he was picked up that was no longer on him upon being dropped off. And the leash I had for him was lost so we were given a different one that isn't strong enough for his breed.

Firstly, I was VERY nervous about hiring Bryan to pick up my dog! Being as his previous review was incredibly sketch. However, boy was I wrong there. This man not only picked up my pup the day before Independence Day (when traffic is a bit intense), but had her delivered faster then any shipper I’ve dealt with this far. Not only that but he had GPS that allowed me to see where he was throughout the entire trip. I highly recommend Bryan! He is timely, respectful, easy to communicate with, and very affordable! He was at least $200 difference in price then all other bidders and my dog drove solo!! Oh and he allowed me to pay when he arrived, so I could be assured that he was not a scammer! As that recent review definitely had me a bit on the fence. That brought me so much peace of mind. In the future, I will likely be going directly through Bryan.
