They were really helpful to get things set up at first and did it quickly and were reasonably priced. But the communication on the trip was not as advertised on his profile. I messaged one day just after noon and didn't hear a response from him for about 36 hours. I was asleep when the notification from his response woke me after 11pm, asking if he could drop off in an hour (after midnight!!). Dropped my brand new puppy off in the middle of the night. Not a great first encounter for us and the puppy was a mess.

I have an old grumpy dog who is iffy with other people and he was the most patient, kind person with him. it meant the world to me seeing how understanding and calm he was with my dog. He took the time when he first picked him up to listen to everything I could say regarding my dog and his issues. Called and texted me with updates during the trip so I felt comfortable having him transport my dog. Even came a day early because there is a storm coming close to my area and wanted to get ahead of it so he wouldn’t drive in the rain for the safety of himself and my dog. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Having to transport my miniature pinscher from NC to Las Vegas was a last minute decision, as flying was not an option for Bank. From the start of the process to the delivery at my front door, I knew I could trust the carrier. I can honestly say I was really glad I went with Coast to Coast to bring my baby girl Storm home! It was a hard time to drive from New Jersey to New Mexico with hurricane Elsa in the way but I was happy to know that during the trip the #1 concern of theirs was their safety even if it meant being late for the drop off they weren't going to risk their lives nor my babies and she got home very happy! My dog is very emotional and if she had a hard time I would of been able to seeing it in her face at drop off but no she was happy and healthy. Update since my pets have been home. Conditions were not as originally described. My dogs were in two small crates too small for the size of the dogs they are. Crates were stacked on top of each other, definitely unsanitary and unsafe. Even my kids were bothered by how the van was setup for our pets. One of my dogs came home with a UTI, one of my dogs was hospitalized with severe vomiting. One of my cats has diarrhea, only one cat came home without any issues. $2500 later in vet bills, my dogs seem to be on the mend as well as my cat. I will never transport my animals again.

Everything was great in the beginning until the day she was to pick up the items. She called said she had a flat tire and would have wait until the following day to pick up the items. The next day she said the place fixing her tire lost the a lug nut and so she wanted to put off the shipment for a week. I told her no that's not acceptable. I ended up having to drive the shipment myself. She did refund me back the money though. I had given her upfront.

I had a really great experience with Eterna! She picked up and delivered our 2 mini goldendoodle puppies to us in July. She was very communicative even through a missed flight and a complete change of airport. Although I ended up doing more driving than originally planned, Eterna offered me the price difference back as a refund. Because she was so kind to the dogs and communicative, we decided not to accept her partial refund. She cannot control the American Airlines flight staffing issues after all. Would happily use her services again, but it will likely be awhile!

Amanda was WONDERFUL. She was able to pick Cooper up within just a few days of my reaching out looking for transport for him. She stopped frequently to let him stretch out (and given his size, I'm sure he was grateful for that!) and got him down here in record time and for a price that was more than fair. We felt so much more comfortable knowing Cooper wasn't kenneled and was able to stretch out a bit during his travels, and knowing that she had the experience to deal with any unforeseen issues (thankfully there weren't any) during his travels made us feel much safer.
