Having shipped over 25 motorcycles using various shippers I have never had an experience like Orion provided. After committing to them I received a phone call almost immediately from Reynold explaining the process. Unfortunately communication after this was quite bad. Two missed pick up appointments without a word. The promised video walk around of the bike was never done. Multiple texts went unanswered and two promised delivery days came and went without a word. Bike was finally delivered and in good shape. Reynold is a nice guy and seems to work hard BUT his lack of letting me, his customer, know what was going on was frustrating and annoying. Fair service, poor customer service in my experience. I'm lad others have had five star experiences, making mine the unusual instead of the norm.

Very professional and reasonably priced, having her son in the car made my dog more comfortable, she picked up Violet from Orlando on Friday and delivered her to Boston on Saturday evening, she was stopping every 3-4 hours to walk her outside, she was sending me updates and pictures of violet whenever they stopped somewhere. Thank you for bringing my girl home safe.

This was a strange situation trying to get my brother dogs home to him, and I wasn't quite sure about it, but Alex made it EASY! If I could give 0 stars I would. She asked for prepaid gift cards or Walmart gift cards in payment AFTER we booked, wouldn’t take Venmo or PayPal. Her cell phone on the app is wrong. She sent new cell number than stopped responding the day before transport and DIDNT show. No response, no warning, nothing, just didn’t show up and still has not message us. The dog rescue is now out CitizenShipper booking fee AND we had to pay an emergency transportation by someone else.

We utilized Brooke’s services to transport our new puppy from Catonsville, MD to Peabody, MA. Brooke was great to deal with from the time of booking through to delivery. Unfortunately she was traveling to us right in the middle of Tropical Storm Elsa which caused a mess of traffic in New York. Regardless tadding three hours to the trip due to traffic, Brooke continued on and got out little boy to us as promised. She is very caring and attentive to the little life that she is responsible while in her possession. She even took the time to play with our little guy and say goodbye before turning around and driving back home. I highly recommend securing her services for anyone looking to transport an animal.

Due to new cdc regulations we were in a haste to beat the deadline so Donna was a huge help along the way. She showed up to Miami international and our 3 dogs and 2 cats were at ease right away. She has a fantastic setup in her van that allows the animals to be cozy on the journey. Donna is very professional, kind and charming. I absolutely recommend her and will utilize her again soon. THE GOOD: Nice guy, does answer phone on occasion if not in bathroom. THE BAD: Delays Original p/u was promised on 6-20 or 6-21. That date came and went. Contacted him the following week. He explained he had a delivery that was way underestimated on weight causing a delay, ok, stuff happens. Next p/u date schedule for 7-1. Date comes and goes, so I call him, and wouldn't you know it? he hit rain this time, causing another delay. What are the odds? So third p/u date is now scheduled for 7-6 or 7-7. Now take a wild guess what happens next? Survey says? flat tire?? Ehhhhh! It was transmission trouble. You get the picture here. I took a chance because his offer was low, big mistake. Use someone with a proven record next time and save the headache. Best of luck Steve.

I was so nervous about transporting my cockapoo from Chicago to Pensacola to stay with my mother in law…but as soon as I met Anton (and his son) I felt at ease. It is clear he loves animals. My dog tends to have anxiety in new situations and in car rides but he seemed to be relaxed and ok with riding with the two of them. He sent me updates all along the way and didn’t crate him over night when they stopped.(or even in the car!) I couldn’t recommend him enough if you want your pet to arrive happy and healthy…you will not regret it! I think he actually missed Anton when he got to my mother in laws as he waiting by the door bit ♥️ So grateful!

He wasn't contacting me so I reached out and he told me the storm delayed him and he was in Virginia coming up on the 9th. I wasn't leaving NY til today July 10th so I told him he had until 6pm to pick up since I have a flight at 8pm. He never came and lied to the company saying he had car trouble in Fl meanwhile he told me he was in Virginia coming g up. He's a liar and unprofessional. Won't answer his texts or calls. DO NOT use him for his service. His is irresponsible and unreliable
