FurBaby Transit was spectacular! What surprised me most was their flexibility. My flight was delayed, so they had to keep our puppy a few hours longer than originally planned. Katelyn and Jenni were super friendly and down to earth upon meeting them for the pick up of our dog so I felt good about the care she would receive. My transport was during the holiday and they had plans to stay in between destinations for a couple of days, which wasn’t an issue and they were playing with her as if she were their own during that time. They communicated well and sent pictures along the way. I was told that she would be the only animal on the trip but they did end up picking up another puppy, which wasn’t a big issue to me since the puppy was kenneled. I really liked the fact that our dog was able to have free range in their vehicle because she really likes the window when traveling and I was happy they could accommodate since we do not kennel our dogs. I think there might have been some traffic issues so delivery was a little late, but sounds like it was beyond their control. Our dog is acting a little not like herself but she can be an anxious dog at times and we are wondering if she’s just sad because she has been separated from other people and animals that love her and hopefully she gets settled in soon. Overall I am happy with the service they provided and believe they have the animals well being in mind.

Originally scheduled to pickup up my cats on Sunday and day prior had to push out to Weds which was my original drop dead date. On Weds communication ceased and the pickup time came and past. Finally heard they were running very late with an ETA of 1am Thursday. We agreed to move pickup to 1130 Thursday as I was leaving with the moving truck at noon. At 11am Thursday they advised they were still 6-8 hours out and had to cancel my pet move. Extremely disappointed as I had no options but to transport my cats in the uhaul which was what I was trying to avoid. Overall poor communication and poor trip planning skills. Would not recommend.

Although it was a tight fit (she rented a small SUV to fit everyone), she got the job done with good communication throughout the trip, at a great price. I've never used Citizen Shipper before- it is a great resource. I did not want to break Juanita's 5 star record, but would recommend if your pets are sensitive to cigarette smoke you speak to her beforehand.
