Hiring JoDee to transport my two dogs from CA to NY was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, full stop. I was so stressed about getting them across the country but the moment I found JoDee my fears completely disintegrated. I wasn’t sure she could live up to her rave reviews - it all sounded too good to be true - but she far surpassed them! JoDee was SO kind and loving and conscientious and honest. Toby is nice & all, however our puppy traveled 1538 miles in 28 hours. I feel she was not let out every 2 hours as promised or feed & watered as well. When we got her she was full of pee & was super thirsty & hungry. For $750 I feel what we were promised was not delivered. We felt bad for her. There is no way he even slept much either in that time frame (& he was the only driver) which is also dangerous.

Overall our experience was nothing short of perfect. This was our first time using a service like this and I was very skeptical and nervous. If you want a quality experience, Chuck is the answer. He’s an undersell and overdeliver experience where you get amazing communication, safe transport, and your item (in our case, a commissary trailer), arrives well before the expected time. Chuck is a true professional here and did a great job. He arrived very early, but, he was ready to be very patient and wait for when we were. Before he left, he gave us some pointers about our trailer and the design. Would use him again, well worth spending a little extra to use Chuck to deliver. Creature Comforts Transport was AMAZING!! We left two of our three dogs in Oregon to be picked up for transport to our new home in Virginia. They were very communicative before our trip and answered all of our questions and sent pictures and updates along their trip to us. They are super flexible and made us feel at ease. Our two dogs arrived super happy and were well cared for and content for their long approximately 2500 mile journey. Highly recommend!!!!! Tim and Christina were amazing! Traveling across country for any animal can be stressful and daunting -especially leaving everyone and everything familiar to them. She had never been in a car before and was uneasy. Instead of keeping her locked up in a crate the whole time, she rode on their laps which eased her. ❤️ When my baby girl arrived, she was relaxed and super happy. Not to mention, I had a unique request for them to limit my little girl’s contact with any males if at all possible (due to the purpose of getting this specific breed) and they completely understood, weren’t offended, and had another female travel with Christina in lieu of Tim just to honor my request. That was HUGE for me. They were GREAT with the contact, pictures, and GPS!! I couldn’t have asked for better.
