I cannot recommend these drivers enough!!! I had an emergency where I needed to get a dog transported from GA to UT ASAP, and they were so accommodating. Initially I was a bit skeptical as their bid was so much cheaper than others, like the price of what some would charge to take 5 at a time. But my pup had so much space to herself, they were very communicative and sent me frequent updates and photos, and got her here quickly and safely. I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely use them in the future.

This shipper lost my dog in Lexington Kentucky. She stopped off at a Love's gas station in Lexington Kentucky and took the dog off leash at the dog park. The fence was around 3.5 ft high so she says. The dog jumped over the fence, ran onto the highway and got hit by a car. The breeder drove to the location in the middle of the night and found the dead dog. The dog was an 8 month old German Shepherd puppy. The transporter claims the dog got aggressive and tried to bite her, lunged at her. Maybe so, I was not there so I guess I have to believe her. But what was clear to me is that this handler is not experienced at all with dogs, isn't confident around dogs either. When a difficult situation arises she doesn't now what to do or how to handle it. Also why would she take a dog that she doesn't know off leash ? That doesn't make sense.

This company 100% gets a 5 star rating. A little back story I originally went with a different company who put a bid in first. That company ended up never showing up to pick my car up so I had to quickly find a company that could do a like express pick up for me. Nice lady. Treated our sweet girl well. Took 7 days because of weather and car troubles. She Never offered the GPS tracking. Never gave an update until asked once or twice. Very last day gave the GPS app so I could track. I've never been so stressed in my life. I transported my brothers dog this week when he died. This added 100% to my stress. JoDee was amazing and made Chuck feel super comfortable and safe. He truly enjoyed her company. She also calmed all my nerves and kept me posted throughout the whole journey. In addition, she was able to bring Chuck to me earlier than scheduled. I was so thrilled and filled with joy because it was difficult for me to be away from Chuck during our move to NYC. Jared did a great job transporting Teddy, a 105 pound Swiss Mountain puppy, from Miami to New York City. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. Jared pick up Teddy right on time, sent lots of texts and pictures on the ride and then dropped him off in the middle of New York City earlier then scheduled. Teddy is only a puppy, so getting him from Miami to NYC and in a happy mood, was no easy feat. Jared charged a very fair price and didn’t even ask for money up front. Teddy hated to say goodbye to Jared. We highly recommend Jared and Gigi.

She gets no rates from me but because I had to give her a rate it’s a 1 star because that’s how unprofessional she is. We discussed the pick up time and everything early morning hours 6-7am to be exact. We talked about details of drop off and where our dog would be going and to whom. My brother is in the military so of course I told her and I told her how strict guidelines are for him to leave base to meet her with the dog. She said she was okay with every detail and because I seen two horrible ratings and corny comments about her canceling I asked her to cancel by 12 which pick up was 3 due to the fact that my brother was on base and had to get permission. She said everything was fine and the pick up was fine. She then Dm me at 1 stating she didn’t feel comfortable with the location of drop out because she couldn’t go on base so the drop off was near a lake. Being uncomfortable about the situation is totally understandable now what’s not understandable is her agree knowing all details at 7 am in the morning but then all of a sudden not wanting to drop off closer to the time. Iv reached out multiple time not response but she definitely seen the messages Iv asked for her to cancel so I could receive my money back I paid for her service but she will not. She is a scammer and don’t care how inconveniencing others because she doesn’t want her not canceling streak of four weeks to mess up. Don’t book her she is full of crap even when you try your best to be professional and understanding.
